Claims (5)
- Procédé de séchage d'articles lavés dans un lave-linge sécheur à tambour, dans lequel les articles lavés circulent lors des mouvements de rotation du tambour, le tambour étant entraíné en commun avec un ventilateur d'air de traitement dans le même sens de rotation ou dans des sens de rotation qui alternent, et ayant de l'air de traitement chauffé qui circule à l'intérieur, le débit d'air du ventilateur d'air de traitement étant accru dans le sens de rotation vers l'avant et étant réduit dans le sens de rotation vers l'arrière, la procédure de séchage comprenant trois phases, une phase de démarrage, une phase principale de séchage et une phase finale, et la température du circuit d'air de traitement est détectée, et le ventilateur d'air de traitement et le tambour sont entraínés de façon permanente par rotation vers l'avant au cours de la phase de démarrage,
caractérisé en ce que
au cours de la phase principale de séchage, le fonctionnement est commuté pendant une certaine période de la rotation dans le sens de rotation vers l'avant à une rotation dans des sens qui alternent (inversion) uniquement lorsqu'une température maximale prédéterminée est atteinte, la période étant prédéterminée ou terminée lorsqu'une température minimale prédéterminée a été atteinte, et
dans la phase finale, le fonctionnement s'effectue avec des sens de rotation qui alternent. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que,
lorsque le circuit d'air de traitement comprend un condenseur, la différence de température est mesurée au niveau du condenseur, et en ce que, pendant la phase principale de séchage, le tambour et le ventilateur d'air de traitement sont commutés pendant une certaine période de la rotation dans le sens de rotation vers l'avant à une rotation dans des sens qui alternent lorsqu'une différence maximale de température est atteinte, la rotation dans des sens qui alternent étant interrompue lorsqu'une différence minimale prédéterminée de température est atteinte, et en ce que, dans la phase finale, le fonctionnement est éventuellement dans le sens de rotation vers l'avant ou dans des sens de rotation qui alternent. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
les durées de la phase de démarrage, de la phase principale de séchage et de la phase finale sont constantes et prédéterminées. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
les durées de la phase de démarrage, de la phase principale de séchage et de la phase finale sont réglables pour la procédure de séchage. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1, 3 et 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la température du circuit d'air de traitement est mesurée après le tambour.
