Bei einem bekannten Parkscheinbehälter der gattungsgemäßen Art (DE-GM 94 13 249) dient als Parkscheinbehälter für Motorräder eine abschließbare Hülle in deren Innenraum der Parkschein oder aber auch die Parkscheibe aufgenommen wird, wobei die Öffnung dieser aus durchsichtigem reißfesten Material bestehenden Hülle durch eine Verschließeinrichtung absperrbar und am Motorrad befestigbar ist. Zwar kann verhältnismäßig leicht der Parkschein eingesehen werden, nur ist bei diesem bekannten Parkscheinbehälter die Gefahr des Diebstahls kaum unterbunden. Ein solcher aus durchsichtigem, weichen und reißfesten Material bestehender Beutel kann problemlos aufgeschnitten und entleert werden. Außerdem ist auch die Bestückung eines solchen Beutels mit dem Parkschein verhältnismäßig umständlich, da der Beutel jeweils vom Kraftfahrzeug gelöst werden muß, um danach wieder nachdem der Parkschein in den Beutel getan wurde, wieder verschlossen und mit dem Fahrzeug verbunden zu werden. Das Diebstahlsinteresse am Parkschein liegt in der bereits erfolgten Vergütung, die dem Parkschein entnehmbar ist und für die er als Quittung dient, während das Diebstahlsinteresse an Parkscheiben lediglich in dem Gegenstand der einstellbaren Scheibe selbst besteht.
