Claims (10)
- Zusammengesetzte Rolle für Rollenherdöfen mit einer hohlen äußeren Rolle (1) aus feuerfestem Material und einem Verstärkungselement (2) aus einem feuerfesten Material, das im Inneren der äußeren Rolle angeordnet ist, wobei die größte Abmessung des Querschnitts des Verstärkungselements geringfügig kleiner als der Innendurchmesser der äußeren Rolle ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Rolle (1) aus einem keramischen Material auf Oxidbasis besteht und das Verstärkungselement (2) bei 1200°C einen Elastizitätsmodul aufweist, der höher als derjenige des Materials der äußeren Rolle ist.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungselement (2) die Form eines Rohres hat.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungselement (2) eine Wandstärke von 1,5 bis 4 mm aufweist.
- Rolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungselement (2) kürzer als die äußere Rolle ist.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Verstärkungselements (2) das 0,15- bis 0,65-fache der Länge der äußeren Rolle beträgt.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 1, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungselement (2) in bezug auf die Auflagestellen (3) der Rolle auf den die Rolle stützenden Lagern des Ofens zentriert ist.
- Rolle nach Anspruch 1, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungselement (2) in bezug auf die von der Rolle im Betrieb gestützten Chargen zentriert ist.
- Rolle nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastizitätsmodul des Materials des Verstärkungselements (2) bei 1200°C wenigstens 2 mal so groß ist wie derjenige der äußeren Rolle.
- Rolle nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastizitätsmodul des Materials des Verstärkungselements (2) bei 1200°C wenigstens 3 mal so groß ist wie derjenige der äußeren Rolle (1).
- Rolle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Rolle (1) aus Aluminiumdioxid-Mullit-Cordierit besteht und das Verstärkungselement (2) aus einem Material besteht, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die durch Materialien auf der Basis von Aluminiumdioxid, Aluminiumdioxid-Mullit oder Mullit, und durch Materialien auf der Basis wenigstens einer Siliziumkomponente gebildet ist, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus Siliziumkarbid, Siliziumnitrid, Silizium-Oxynitrid und Sialonen besteht.
