The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing of such a relay with one or two switching systems.
Such a relay structure for a single and a double relay is essentially known from DE 4 233 807 A1, although the second yoke leg is not next to it, but extends above the coil. The anchor is like usual in such constructions, via the contact spring attached to the yoke, the contact spring arching the bearing spreads. The connection of the contact spring with the Yoke requires relatively complicated manufacturing steps and means an undesirably long one for high switching currents Current path to the connection. When running as a double relay there are two identical single relays either with parallel axes side by side or aligned with their axes juxtaposed. In the latter case lie all contacts in the middle between both systems, so that at high switching currents the contacts that arise Heat is dissipated poorly.
In a double relay according to DE 3 843 359 C2, two are identical Relay blocks point symmetrical to the center on a base arranged, the contact elements nested one inside the other are. Because in this case too, the contacts The heat generated can be a problem, the contact elements with additional molded heat sinks.
With a changeover relay known from DE 3 834 283 A1 are two magnet systems in mirror image to each other on one Base arranged, with two U-shaped, layered cores with their middle sections lying against each other and the anchors of the magnet systems are at opposite ends. Also in in this case the anchors are on the contact springs on the respective Outside leg of the core is stored, the assembly of the individual parts in the absence of a load-bearing bobbin relative is complex.
The aim of the present invention is to build a relay the type mentioned in such a way that with as possible little different parts both a single relay and a double relay can also be manufactured, the construction especially good for automated production is suitable and the finished relay easily higher Can switch currents. In addition, a particularly inexpensive Manufacturing process for this relay can be specified.
- a spring support is anchored in the base in addition to the at least one fixed contact support in the area in front of the movable anchor end and
- the contact spring carries the bearing end of the armature at one end portion and is forked in the direction of the movable end of the armature in at least two superimposed legs, namely at least one connecting leg and at least one contact leg, the connecting leg being connected to the spring support and the contact leg carries the movable contact.
In the relay according to the invention is therefore the anchor that with its main plane perpendicular to the floor and around a vertical axis can be swiveled only at the edge of the yoke without being connected to the yoke via an anchor spring. This allows the different parts of the relay, namely the coil assembly with yoke and core on the one hand and the Armature assembly with the armature and the contact spring on the other hand, Mount separately on the base one after the other. there it is advantageous that both the or the fixed contact carrier as well as the spring support in the area in front of the movable anchor end are anchored in the base, resulting in a low tolerance Assignment of the contact parts results. All load current carrying Connections are on one side of the relay system, so the coil connections are removed from it on the other Side can be arranged.
In a preferred embodiment, the connection leg has the contact spring is approximately rectangular bent, extending transversely in front of the movable anchor end Fastening section, which is connected to the spring support becomes. This fastening section can be on the bottom side vertical insulating wall of the base, which for example partially encloses the one or more fixed contact carriers. It is also advantageous if a soldering lobe of the The spring support lies flat against the fastening section and is soldered or welded to it. The fastening section the contact spring can in this case Assembly between the mentioned insulating wall of the base and pinched the soldering tab of the spring support and thus pre-fixed be so that for the actual soldering or Welding process no special bracket is required. The fastening section can also be pre-fixed by means of a spring tab is clamped to a base projection become. In another embodiment, the fastening section also form a spring sleeve that on a preferably round spring supports can be attached.
As already mentioned, the relay structure according to the invention can can be used with advantage in a single relay. Additional However, there are advantages when using this Construction of a double relay is designed. In this case preferably two switching systems on the base mirror-symmetrical with respect to a plane perpendicular to the coil axis arranged that the first two yoke legs - under Consideration of an insulation distance - in parallel next to each other are arranged and the two anchors parallel to each other sit at opposite ends of the relay. With such a Arrangement are the contacting parts of both Switching systems far apart on the outside of the Double relay arranged so that the heat generated dissipated well becomes. The mirror-image arrangement and design of the two switching systems does not mean that all individual parts are used in the same way in both switching systems can be as with identical switching systems, yes the mirror-image modification affects only a few parts, with automated production practically without additional effort prefabricated from common material tapes and can be assembled. Above all, this has mirror images Arrangement of the two switching systems also advantages during assembly and also the total number of individual parts. For example can in this arrangement a common double bobbin be used for the two switching systems, and it can also the spring bracket for both switching systems in one piece prefabricated and assembled and then only after assembly be separated.
It is also advantageous that two fixed contact carriers and / or spring supports that make up one or two belong to different switching systems, connected in the Base inserted and only separated from each other afterwards become. A particularly advantageous method for assembling The core and yoke is that the yoke is for the respective Switching system with its first yoke leg in the armature opposite coil flange inserted between slots drawer-like and it is kept that the respective associated core is inserted into the bobbin until it is with its front End rests on the flat side of the first yoke leg and then preferably the core with the first yoke leg welded or brazed by resistance heating , preferably a copper surface coating these parts act as brazing alloys.

The relay shown in Figures 1 and 2 has one Socket 1, on which two switching systems A and B are mirror-symmetrical to a in Figure 1 by the coordinates x and z defined symmetry plane are arranged. Because in the two Switching systems A and B all parts either mirror symmetrical are arranged or designed mirror-symmetrical and the have the same function, the same reference numerals for both switching systems used.
17 besitzt einen zur Seite abgebogenen Lötlappen 17a.The base 1 is essentially designed as a flat plate,
which defines a
A double bobbin 2 is arranged on the base. He

At the same time, the thickness of the
An approximately plate-shaped anchor 4 stands with its main plane
also perpendicular to the
Ansprechens erreicht. Natürlich ist es auch möglich,
beide Schaltsysteme zusammen als Umpolrelais zu verwenden. In
The function of the two switching systems of the double relay is
easily seen. When the respective coil is excited
23 the associated armature 4 becomes the associated
voneinander getrennt.
In the manufacture of the relay described first
the base 1 is equipped with the contact carriers. As in Figure 3
is shown, the fixed
When assembling the two cores, they become, as already
described, inserted into the bobbin 2, so that the
respective core with its inner front end on the flat side

Verbindet man
This type of butt welding or soldering on the core
can therefore be carried out in the relay according to the invention,
because the
The two anchors 4 with the mirror-image bent contact springs

Since the free ends of the fixed
Figure 7 shows the relay with a partially cut
Housing cap 5. This housing cap has one on its edge

As already mentioned at the beginning, the invention can be Construction not only as a double relay, but also also run as a single relay. For this purpose only needs the described construction of the double relay along the mirror plane, as indicated in Figure 1, halved become. To complete the resulting single relay it is only necessary to cut the halved base and the adjust halved bobbin on the cut side, see above that with a housing cap that is also half the size the closed single relay is created. The remaining Parts can also be used unchanged for the single relay be, so that a separate description is unnecessary.
werden.FIG. 9 shows a modification of the relay from FIG
1 shown. The modification is only one
differently designed shape of the contact spring and the spring support.
Since the rest of the parts remain unchanged, it is on them
not discussed further. The contact spring 61 according to FIG. 9
has a contact leg as in the previous example

der Anker eine erhöhte Stabilität.FIG. 10 shows a modification of the contact spring from FIG. 9.

Weitere Abwandlungen sind denkbar. Beispielsweise könnten
auch die zwei Anschlußschenkel 74 mit einem Befestigungsabschnitt
45 gemäß Figur 2 versehen sein. Umgekehrt wäre es
auch denkbar, anstelle eines einzigen Kontaktschenkels deren
zwei vorzusehen.Further modifications are conceivable. For example
