Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame (10) pour des machines textiles, ayant des moyens résistant à l'usure pour protéger un dispositif de commande (16) de la réserve de fil de trame (RT),
caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens résistant à l'usure sont constitués par un bouclier (18) réalisé en matière polymère thermoplastique qui est muni, au niveau du côté (18a) dirigé vers la base (12a) du tambour (12) du dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame (10), d'une feuille métallique de protection (19) sur laquelle une couche de surface durcie est déposée de façon à présenter une épaisseur donnée. - Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille métallique protectrice (19) est rigidement coupée au bouclier (18) par l'intermédiaire de vis auto-taraudeuses (20).
- Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite matière polymère thermoplastique du bouclier est choisie parmi les matières suivantes : résine acétal, ABS, polypropylène.
- Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille métallique protectrice (19) est réalisée à partir de l'un des métaux ou alliages métalliques suivants : aluminium, acier, cuivre, bronze.
- Dispositif d'alimentation de fil de trame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite feuille métallique protectrice (19) du bouclier (18) présente une couche de chromage de surface.
