Claims (1)

  1. Agencement d'aiguilles pour machine à tricoter, comportant une pluralité d'aiguilles de cylindre (2), une pluralité d'aiguilles de cadran (5) et un lit d'aiguilles (3) muni d'une pluralité de parois d'aiguille étendues axialement et faisant saillie vers l'extérieur (31) formant des gorges destinées auxdites aiguilles de cylindre (2), lesdites aiguilles de cylindre (2) étant chacune munie d'un crochet (22), d'un verrou (23) et d'un épaulement de transfert (21) en dessous dudit verrou (23), dans lequel ledit épaulement de transfert est en un seul bloc avec ladite aiguille de cylindre (2) et formé de manière à avoir une coupe transversale incurvée dans un plan perpendiculaire au prolongement des aiguilles de cylindre (2) pour établir un chas (24) destiné à recevoir un crochet d'une aiguille de cadran (5) pendant un transfert en boucle, et dans lequel ledit épaulement de transfert (21) présente un bord supérieur incliné vers l'extérieur et vers le bas, au niveau duquel est formée une attache d'épaulement (25), ledit agencement d'aiguilles de machine à tricoter étant caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois d'aiguille faisant saillie (31) sur ledit lit d'aiguilles (3) ont chacune une partie d'arrête supérieure rétrécie (311) et une partie inférieure étendue, et en ce que chacune desdites parties d'arrête supérieure rétrécie (311) desdites parois d'aiguille (31) est reçue dans un chas (24) d'une desdites aiguilles de cylindre (2), de telle sorte que l'aiguille (2) a un déplacement commandé.
