Claims (19)
- Foam pad for the care and topical treatment of, in particular for making up, cleansing, gently treating and caring for, the skin, nails, hair and mucosa, comprising at least one sheet (11, 21) of foam equipped with a hinge weld (13, 23.2) set back from the periphery and forming a rim (14, 24).
- Pad according to Claim 1, characterized in that it includes two sheets (11, 21) of foam of substantially identical size and contours, which are superposed edge to edge and between which there is encapsulated a powder of a water-soluble or water-emulsifiable product P (12, 22), P being a cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical product, the two sheets being held together by the weld (13, 23.1, 23.2).
- Pad according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the thickness of the pad is from 3 to 30 mm.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the thickness of the pad is from 4 to 20 mm.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the thickness of the pad is from 6 to 12 mm.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the weld forms a rim (14, 24) with a width ranging from 0.1 to 20 mm.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the weld forms a rim (14, 24) with a width ranging from 1 to 15 mm.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the weld forms a rim (14, 24) with a width ranging from 1.5 to 10 mm.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of concentric welds.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the foam is a foam with open cells or half-open cells.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the foam has cells with a width ranging from 1 µm to 3.5 mm.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that it comprises a hinge weld forming a rim and a peripheral weld, the two welds being substantially concentric.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it comprises a weld which is partially a peripheral weld (23.1) and partially a hinge weld (23.2).
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the product P (12, 22) is chosen from among soaps, shampoos, make-up removers, make-up products, sun products, care creams, plant or animal extracts, vitamins, proteins, enzymes, mineral salts and trace elements.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 2 to 14, characterized in that the product P (12, 22) includes unit grain sizes ranging from 50 nm to 3.5 mm, preferably from 100 nm to 300 µm, and still more preferably from 5 µm to 150 µm.
- Method for producing pads according to any one of Claims 2 to 15, consisting in arranging the product P (12, 22) at the centre of a sheet of foam, then in superposing the sheets (11, 21) in such a way that the product P is arranged between the two sheets, and finally in welding the sheets to each other in such a way as to encapsulate the product P.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1 and 3 to 13, characterized in that it comprises a single sheet of foam.
- Pad according to any one of Claims 1, 3 to 13 and 17, characterized in that it is impregnated with a product for the treatment and topical care of the skin.
- Method for producing pads according to Claim 18, characterized in that a sheet of foam, comprising a hinge weld forming a rim, is impregnated with a solution or an emulsion of a care and topical treatment product, and in that this pad is then dehydrated.
