Claims (4)
- Système d'injection d'un produit pour le traitement du bois comprenant un injecteur (1) et un pistolet d'injection (2), ledit injecteur (1) comportant un corps (11) traversé axialement par un canal (13) pourvu en partie supérieure d'un rétrécissement (13') et en partie médiane de barrettes saillantes (14), une soupape (15) étant abritée dans ledit canal (13) entre lesdites parties supérieure et médiane, ledit pistolet d'injection (2) comportant une tête d'injection (2') agencée pour s'introduire dans ledit canal (13) lors de l'injection, ladite tête d'injection (2') comprenant un corps cylindrique creux (21) à l'intérieur duquel est incorporé un moyen de préhension (22) comprenant une cavité (24) de forme cylindrique, un passage (23) pour le produit de traitement étant ménagé entre ledit moyen de préhension (22) et la paroi intérieure dudit corps cylindrique creux (21), ledit rétrécissement (13') et lesdites barettes (14) saillantes étant respectivement agencés pour empêcher ladite soupape (15) de s'échapper par les extrémités supérieure et inférieure dudit canal (13), ladite soupape (15) ayant une forme sensiblement tronconique et étant prolongée par une queue (16) dirigée vers l'embouchure (10) dudit injecteur (1) et apte à être saisie par ledit moyen de préhension (22) dudit pistolet d'injection (2).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite soupape (15) est solidarisée à la paroi (19) du canal (13) de l' injecteur (1) par des points d'attache (17) destinés au centrage de ladite queue (16) et aptes à être brisés sous l'effet d'une pression exercée vers le bas sur la soupape (15) par l'intermédiaire du pistolet d'injection (2).
- Système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le canal (13) comprend entre ledit rétrécissement (13') et lesdits points d'attache (17), une partie élargie (18) de diamètre légèrement supérieur à celui de la base de ladite soupape (15).
- Procédé d'obturation d'un injecteur (1) d'un système selon une des revendications 1 à 3 après injection d'un produit pour le traitement du bois à l'aide du pistolet d'injection (2) dudit système, consistant lors du retrait de la tête d'injection (2') à manoeuvrer la soupape (15) dans le canal (13) à l'aide du moyen de préhension (22), dont la cavité (24) enserre la queue (16) solidaire de la soupape (15), de manière à obturer le canal (13).
