Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Spritzenzylinder.
Verpackungen der genannten Art sind bekannt und bestehen im wesentlichen aus einem Tiefziehteil, einem sogenannten Blister, der aus Kunststoff, in der Regel Polyvinylchlorid, gefertigt ist, der Aufnahme der Spritzenzylinder dient und mit einer Aluminiumfolie versiegelt ist, um so die Originalität und die Hygiene der Spritzenzylinder zu sichern. Diese versiegelten Blister werden in Faltschachteln gelagert, bzw. versandt.
Diese Art der Verpackung erfordert einen relativ hohen Aufwand an Verpackungsmaterial, das zudem nicht sortenrein entsorgt werden kann.

Es können auch einzelne oder mehrere der in den Ansprüchen beschriebenen Einzelmerkmale jeweils für sich eigenständige erfindungsgemäße Lösungen bilden und es sind auch die Merkmale der Ausführungsformen beliebig kombinierbar.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist weiter ein Verfahren zum Verpacken von Spritzenzylindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Spritzenzylinder in die Nester von Tiefziehriegeln einführt und anschließend in eine Faltschachtel packt. Eine besondere Ausführungsform ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man mehrere der Faltschachteln mit den Spritzenzylindern zu Einheiten stapelt und diese Einheiten in mit einem Folienvolleinschlag oder einem Folienschrumpf oder mit einer weiteren Faltschachtel verpackt. Da die Zeichnungen für sich selbst sprechen, genügt es einige Besonderheiten festzuhalten:
Die Nester 2 sind so ausgeformt, daß die Spritzenzylinder 3, die mit ihrem Bördelverschluß, der Kontaktstelle 5, in die Nester 2 eintauchen, leicht klemmend gehalten werden. Die Kontaktstelle 5 wird dadurch auch vor Kontamination und vor Transportschäden geschützt.
Entsprechend Fig. 2 wird die Öffnungslasche 6 an den Klebestellen 7 aufgebrochen, wobei die Originalitätssicherung zerstört wird. Die Faltschachtel 4 kann dann in Pfeilrichtung geöffnet werden. Das Füllgut liegt zur Entnahme frei.
Das Wiederverschließen erfolgt durch Einschieben der Öffnungslasche 6 in den Innenraum der Faltschachtel oder durch Wiederaufdruck auf als Dauerklebestellen ausgebildeten Klebestellen 7.
Gefüllte Faltschachteln 4 können zu Bausteinen in Einheiten 8 zu beispielsweise fünf oder zehn Stück zusammengesetzt werden. Diese Bausteine können dann in Modulbauweise in einen Folienvolleinschlag oder Folienschrumpf 9 bzw. in eine weitere Faltschachtel verpackt werden (vgl. Fig. 3).
