Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbewahrung und automatischen Einzelabgabe von gefalteten oder gebundenen, mehrblättrigen Druckprodukten aus einem Stapel, insbesondere Zeitungs- bzw. Zeitschriftenautomat, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse zur Aufnahme des Stapels der Druckprodukte, einer Münzeinwerfanlage und einer Entnahmemöglichkeit für ein einzelnes Druckprodukt, wobei das Gehäuse mindestens einen Stapelbereich und mindestens einen Fallschacht aufweist, in dem Stapelbereich des Gehäuses eine aus mindestens einem auf dem obersten Druckprodukt aufliegenden Reibrad bestehende Ausgabeeinheit vorgesehen ist, wobei mittels des Reibrads jeweils das oberste Druckprodukt vom Stapel in den bzw. in einen Fallschacht abschiebbar ist.The invention relates to a device for storing and automatically dispensing folded or bound, multi-sheet printed products from a stack, in particular newspaper or magazine vending machine, consisting of a housing for receiving the stack of printed products, a coin insertion system and a removal option for a single printed product, whereby the housing has at least one stacking area and at least one drop shaft, in the stacking area of the housing an output unit consisting of at least one friction wheel resting on the uppermost printed product is provided, wherein the top printed product can be pushed off the stack into or into a falling shaft by means of the friction wheel .
Aus der Praxis sind Zeitungsautomaten bekannt, die aus einem Gehäuse mit einer Münzwerfanlage bestehen. Nach korrektem Münzeinwurf durch den Zeitungskäufer kommt es zur Entriegelung der Gehäusevorderklappe, die dann nach vorne gezogen werden kann und den Raum zum Zeitungsstapel freigibt.
Nachteilig erweist sich hierbei aber, daß der Käufer - obwohl er nur für eine Zeitung bezahlt hat--durch das Öffnen der Vorderklappe Zugriff zu dem gesamten Stapel Zeitungen hat und somit eine beliebige Menge Zeitungen unkontrollierbar entnehmen könnte.
Weiterhin besteht der Nachteil, daß der nächste Kunde seinen Zeitungswunsch möglicherweise gratis erfüllen könnte, wenn sein Vorgänger die Vorderklappe nicht ordnungsgemäß wieder verschlossen hat.
Durch den Klappmechanismus ist außerdem die Gefahr groß, daß sich Kinder beim Bedienen des Zeitungsautomaten verletzten. Außerdem muß davon ausgegangen werden, daß der bisher bekannte Zeitungsautomat als Abfalleimer o.ä. mißbraucht wird.
Aus der DE 25 22 181 A1 ist ein Großraum-Zeitungsautomat bekannt zur Abgabe gefalteter Druckprodukte aus einem Stapel.
Die Zeitungen liegen dabei auf einer schrägen Unterlage, wobei es beliebig ist, ob die Zeitungen mit der offenen oder Falzseite in den Abgaberaum gelangen. Zur Vergleichmäßigung werden daher offensichtlich die Zeitungen auch lagenweise gedreht eingefüllt, wie dies die Zeichnung erkennen läßt.
Ein weiteres Beispiel für einen Zeitungsautomaten gibt ddas DE 81 01 414 U1.Newspaper machines are known from practice, which consist of a housing with a coin-operated system. Mittels des Reibrads bzw. der Reibräder wird durch Nutzung deren Umfangskraft das jeweils oberste Druckprodukt abgeschoben. Von Vorteil ist, daß der Druckproduktstapel auf einer schrägen Unterlage angeordnet ist, wobei die Schräge in Richtung der als Fallschacht ausgebildeten Entnahmemöglichkeit ansteigt. Figur 1 zeigt einen Zeitungsautomaten, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse 1, welches mit einer Münzeinwerfanlage 13 und einem Zeitungsentnahmefach 10 verbunden ist. Das Gehäuse 1 nimmt einen Stapel von Zeitungen 2 auf. Hierbei liegt der Druckproduktstapel 2 auf einer schrägen Unterlage 9, was zu einer höheren Zuverlässigkeit der Vereinzelung der Druckprodukte führt.
Die Ausgabeeinheit 4 besteht aus einem elektrischen Motor 5 mit einer Antriebswelle 6, auf der zwei Reibräder 7 geführt werden. Die Ausgabeeinheit 4 ist mittels eines Stangenelementes 17 über eine Öse 12 mit einer vertikalen Führungsstange 11 verbunden und somit an der Führungsstange befestigt. Durch die Bewegung der Rollen wird das oberste Druckprodukt in Rollrichtung bewegt und sicher vom Stapel geschoben. Eine Zeitung fällt in das Entnahmefach 10 und kann von dem Käufer entnommen werden.
