Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Radialgebläse mit einem Gehäuse mit spiralförmiger Innenkontur und einem geschlossenen Gebläserad mit gekrümmten Schaufeln, bei dem der Durchmesser des Gebläserades sehr viel größer als seine Strömungaustrittsbreite ist. Ein solches Radialgebläse ist bekannt (EP-A-0410271). Das bekannte Radialgebläse ist zum Fördern eines gasförmigen Mediums in einer Vorrichtung mit großem Strömmungswiderstand vorgesehen, in welcher das geförderte Medium einen relativ hohen Gegendruck zu überwinden hat und welche selbst eine steile Druck-Volumen-Kennlinie aufweist, d. h. größere Änderungen des erzeugten Drucks führen nur zu geringen Änderungen des Volumenstroms. Bei dem bekannten Radialgebläse sind die Schaufeln des Gebläserades rückwärts gekrümmt. Ein bekanntes Radialgebläse, dessen Gebläserad einen Durchmesser von 130 mm aufweist und mit einer Drehzahl von etwa 3800 Umdrehungen pro Minute betrieben wird, liefert bei einem Druck des geförderten Medium von 415 Pascal einen Volumenstrom von 6,9 l/s.The invention relates to a radial fan with a housing with a spiral inner contour and a closed impeller with curved blades, in which the diameter of the impeller is very much larger than its flow outlet width. Das der Erfindung zugrundeliegende technische Problem besteht nun darin, ausgehend von dem bekannten Radialgebläse ein Radialgebläse zu schaffen, welches eine höhere spezifische Luftleistung besitzt ohne ein größeres Geräusch zu erzeugen oder welches bei gleicher Geräuscherzeugung wie das bekannte Radialgebläse eine wesentlich höhere Luftleistung besitzt. Diese höhere spezifische Luftleistung ist bei einer endlichen zur Verfügung stehenden Antriebsdrehzahl (z.B. bei einem kostengünstigen Asynchron-Spaltpolmotor) von großer Bedeutung. Dieses technische Problem ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Schaufeln im Einströmbereich des Gebläserades rückwärts gekrümmt und im Ausströmbereich radial endend ausgebildet sind.The technical problem on which the invention is based is to create, starting from the known radial fan, a radial fan which has a higher specific air output without generating greater noise or which has a substantially higher air output with the same noise generation as the known radial fan. In Fig. 3 ist der gemessene bewertete Schalldruckpegel L (A) von einem Radialgebläse bei mehreren Betriebspunkten aufgezeichnet, und zwar von einem Radialgebläse, welches mit verschieden ausgebildeten Gebläserädern ausgerüstet war. Bei dem einen Gebläserad waren die Schaufeln auf ihrer gesamten Länge rückwärts gekrümmt ausgebildet. An einem Radialgebläse mit einem solchen Gebläserad wurden die bewerteten Schalldruckpegel gemessen, welche mit b bezeichnet sind. Das Gebläserad des Radialgebläses, an dem die mit c bezeichneten Schalldruckpegel gemessen wurden, besaß ausschließlich radial endende Schaufeln.
