Claims (11)

  1. Ein Gerät, um Keramiktassen oder andere handwerkliche Erzeugnisse komplexer Gestalt durch Heißauftrageverfahren von Abziehbildern zu dekorieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Gerät (1) auf einem Gestell (2) einen Drehteller (3) umfaßt, der mit einer Ladevorrichtung (4) für die Abziehbilder verbunden ist und mit einem konischen Kissen (10) zur Aufnahme eines Abziehbildes zusammenwirkt, wobei dieses Kissen dahingehend wirkt, daß es das Abziehbild auf eine Tasse (24) überträgt, die, von einem Stützarm (20) getragen, im Leerlauf dreht, wobei ferner eine Antriebsvorrichtung (30-37) bereitgestellt ist um diesen Drehteller und dieses konische Kissen synchron drehen zu lassen.
  2. Ein Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Ladevorrichtung für die Abziehbilder radial bezüglich dieses Drehtellers beweglich und um den Mittelpunkt dieses Drehtellers schwenkbar ist.
  3. Ein Gerät nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Ladevorrichtung für die Abziehbilder mit einer Vorrichtung zur Einstellung des Hubes ausgestattet ist, um diese Abziehbilder korrekt zu positionieren.
  4. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf diesem Drehteller ein Saugteller angebracht ist, der so entworfen ist, daß er dieses Abziehbild in einer bestimmten Stellung festhält.
  5. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Kissen eine im wesentlichen halbkonische Konfiguration besitzt und in der Lage ist, um die eigene Achse zu drehen.
  6. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Gerät ferner einen konischen Heizer besitzt, der zum Erhitzen dieses Drehkissens entworfen ist.
  7. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Tassenträger an einem Drehgestell gelenkig angebracht ist, das dazu bereitgestellt ist, um diese Tasse sukzessiv zu deren verschiedenen Verarbeitungsschritten zu befördern.
  8. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Stützarm um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse schwingend befestigt ist und von einem Kolben angetrieben wird.
  9. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Antriebsvorrichtung einen Antriebsmotor umfaßt, der eine Welle antreibt, die ein Getrieberad in Drehung versetzt, das ein Seitenritzel kämmt, das über eine Synchronisationskupplung mit einem Ritzel dieses Drehtellers verbunden ist, wobei dieses zentrale Getrieberad an einer Welle angeschlossen ist, auf der ein oberes Ritzel verkeilt ist, das ein Ritzel dieses Kissens kämmt.
  10. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Ritzel allesamt die gleiche Anzahl von Zähnen besitzen, außer dem Ritzel des Drehtellers, das die doppelte Anzahl von Zähnen besitzt.
  11. Ein Gerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Stützarm zu diesem konischen Kissen und davon weg bewegt wird, um eine Tasse ausgehend von einem von diesem konischen Kissen entfernten Bereich mit diesem konischen Kissen in Berührung zu bringen.
