- the tab of the inner flat portion 36 is further provided with a stopping block 44 in which a grub screw 46 can be screwed for rotatably retaining the sleeve 24 between the curved projection 38 and said stopping block 44. More precisely, the grub screw 46 retains the insert or stopping block 44 which is kept in contact with said sleeve 24 for preventing the radial disengagement of the sleeve from the projection 38 of the female member 14 after the male and female members have been radially coupled together.

- the adjacent panels rotate in respect of each other about a vertical axis coincident with the axis 25 of the sleeve 24. Since the pivoting axis of the sleeve coincides with the axis on which the centers of curvature of the portions 28, 48 and 22 are located, any accidental trapping of the user's fingers between the edges of two adjacent panels is effectively prevented.

Claims (4)
- Panneau servant à la fabrication de portes pliantes et coulissantes à panneaux multiples, ledit panneau comprenant un élément intermédiaire (4) muni d'un élément mâle de forme allongée (12) et d'un élément femelle de forme allongée (14) qui sont en prise respectivement avec un élément femelle (14') et un élément mâle (12') de deux panneaux adjacents, caractérisé en ce que :ledit élément intermédiaire (4) est constitué de deux feuilles métalliques (6,8) avec une couche (10) de matériau isolant pris en sandwich entre eux,ledit élément mâle (12) présente une partie incurvée (22) et une partie en forme de cliquet (26) ayant une paroi extérieure incurvée (28), ces deux parties étant reliées à un manchon cylindrique (24), ladite partie incurvée et ladite paroi (22, 28) ayant toutes les deux la forme d'arcs de cercle dont les centres de courbure coïncident et sont situés sur l'axe (25) dudit manchon cylindrique (24),ledit élément femelle (14) présente une partie incurvée en saillie vers l'intérieur (38) dont la forme est essentiellement complémentaire de la surface extérieure dudit manchon (24) qui repose en rotation sur ladite partie en saillie (38) et est retenu par un moyen de blocage (46) appliqué à une partie plate (36) dudit élément femelle (14), sur une patte essentiellement en contact avec, et frottant contre, ladite partie incurvée (22) de l'élément mâle (12) lorsqu'on fait tourner ce dernier (12) par rapport au précédent (14), ledit élément femelle (14) étant muni sur la face opposée à celle portant la partie incurvée (38) d'une nervure renforçatrice incurvée (48) ayant la forme d'un arc de cercle dont le centre de courbure est situé sur l'axe dudit manchon (24).
- Panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément mâle (12) et ledit élément femelle (14) sont fabriqués en aluminium extrudé.
- Panneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de blocage comprend une vis sans tête (46) retenant un insert (44) qui est maintenu en contact avec ledit manchon (24) pour éviter le désengagement radial du manchon de la partie en saillie (38) de l'élément femelle (14) après que les éléments mâle (12) et femelle (14) ont été couplés radialement.
- Panneau selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité de ladite patte (36) de l'élément femelle est formée une cavité (40) destinée à loger un joint (42) étanche à la poussière.
