Abstract

The shuttering is applied to a concrete connecting surface (8), which has reinforcing bars (12) which project over a supporting shuttering wall (9c). The bars are held in position against an edge (10) of the wall by an aid (1). The aid is made from shuttering material, and has openings along one side. The width of the openings corresponds to the width of the reinforcing bars, and the spacing between the openings corresponds to the required bar spacing. The aid may be placed over the bars in the manner of a comb, and may be used a sacrificial shuttering.

Die Schalung enthält eine im Beton verbleibende Schalungswandung aus einer Streckmetalltafel, die zwischen die Quer- und Längsstäbe eines Gitterwerks eingeschweißt wurde. Die Schalungswandung erstreckt sich nicht über die gesamte Breite der Anschlußfläche sondern endet mit beidseitigem Abstand zur seitlichen Flächenschalung. Dieser Abstand entspricht etwa demjenigen Abstand, in dem eine Bewehrung aus einer Bewehrungsmatte zur seitlichen Flächenschalung angeordnet ist. Um die Bewehrung an Ort und Stelle festzuhalten, werden die Längsstäbe der Bewehrungsmatte in die Randbereiche der Schalungswandung eingedrückt, wo sie das Streckmetall verformen, so daß die Bewehrungsmatte in ihrer Lage zur späteren Anschlußfläche festgelegt wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Schalungshilfe kann in Verbindung mit jeder herkömmlichen Schalung verwendet werden, ohne daß irgendeine Änderung an der Schalung vorgenommen werden muß. Durch den zusätzlichen Einsatz der Schalungshilfe müssen keine Veränderungen mehr am Rand der Schalungswandung vorgenommen werden, um die Bewehrung befestigen zu können. Weiterhin können Schalungshilfen mit unterschiedlichen Abständen zwischen den Durchbrechungen vorrätig gehalten werden, so daß jeder Bewehrungsaufgabe, insbesondere unterschiedlichen Abständen zwischen den Bewehrungsstäben, auf einfache Weise Rechnung getragen werden kann, ohne daß Änderungen an der Schalungswandung selbst vorgenommen werden müssen. Die Bewehrung liegt vielmehr an (bei einer Betonwand) oder auf (bei einer Betonplatte) dem seitlichen bzw. oberen Rand der Schalungswandung und wird durch die Schalungswandung in nur einer Richtung unterstützt. Die Absicherung über den restlichen Umfang der Bewehrung wird durch die Schalungshilfe gewährleistet.
