- les figures 1 et 2 sont des vues en coupe d'un dispositif d'actionnement de l'état de la technique recouvert par un capot,
- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe du dispositif selon la présente invention en sortie de fabrication,
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus du dispositif de la figure 3, et
- les figures 5, 6 et 7 sont des vues en coupe analogues à celles de la figure 3 illustrant le dispositif selon l'invention en position de verrouillage, en position intermédiaire et respectivement en position de distribution.
Claims (2)
- Dispositif d'actionnement d'un mécanisme de distribution tel qu'une valve munie d'une tige tubulaire de commande, équipant un récipient pressurisé de type aérosol, ledit dispositif comportant une frette annulaire fixe, une platine d'actionnement à base circulaire, montée pivotante dans ladite frette annulaire en étant articulée sur une zone limitée de la périphérie de sa base à ladite frette annulaire, ladite platine comportant intérieurement une douille axiale emmanchée sur la tige de commande de la valve, ladite douille comportant un conduit intérieur prolongé par un conduit réalisé dans une partie en saillie vers le haut de ladite platine jusqu'à une buse terminale de distribution, ladite platine comportant sur sa face supérieure une zone d'application de force sensiblement diamétralement opposée à sa zone d'articulation sur la frette annulaire, caractérisé par le fait que ladite platine d'actionnement (2) comporte, dans ladite zone d'application de force (4), une découpe radiale (10) dans laquelle est apte à s'engager une languette (11) solidaire par une extrémité (12) de la frette annulaire (1) et comportant une extrémité libre (13), ladite languette étant conformée de manière à pouvoir assumer une première position, de verrouillage, dans laquelle son extrémité libre (13) s'engage dans un logement ménagé dans ladite platine et vient en butée contre une portée d'appui (14a) dudit logement de manière à empêcher un mouvement de pivotement de la platine, ladite languette faisant saillie, dans ladite position de verrouillage, sur une partie de sa longueur vers le haut de la surface supérieure de la zone d'application de force de la platine, et une seconde position, de distribution, dans laquelle ladite languette est escamotée à l'intérieur de ladite platine, permettant un mouvement de pivotement de celle-ci autour de son articulation (3) sur la frette annulaire (1).
- Dispositif d'actionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité libre (13) de la languette (11) et le logement de la platine définissant la portée d'appui (14a) pour celle-ci sont conformés de manière à empêcher toute sortie de la languette vers l'extérieur depuis sa position de verrouillage.
