Abstract
Nach einem Verfahren zur maschinellen Herstellung von Ausschnitten aus einem Flachmaterial, insbesondere der Teile von Intarsien, werden die paßgenau in- und/oder aneinander anzuordnenden Teile maschinell aus einem Formblatt geschnitten. Hierbei wird ein Schneidwerkzeug in den drei Raumkoordinaten gesteuert, über dem Furnierblatt verfahren und schneidet die Teile aus dem Blatt aus. Das Schneidwerkzeug ist ein um seine Längsachse schwenkbarer Schneidstichel. Das Schneidewerkzeug ist als Scheidstichel (8) ausgebildet, welcher mit einem Schwingantrieb (3) und mit einer um die Längsachse des Schneidstichels drehbaren Schwenkeinrichtung (5) und mit einer Andruckeinrichtung (6) über eine Lager- und Führungseinrichtung (41,7) verbunden ist.
