Claims (9)
- Struktur bzw. Strukturelement aus Metall, welches in der Weise verformt ist, daß es ein heraustretendes Geflecht aus Verformungen (11) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an ihm ein Motiv (16) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Motiv (16) nur einen begrenzten Bereich wenigstens der Verformuingen (11) beeinflußt, die, für wenigstens eine Gruppe von ihnen, zur selben Seite orientiert sind für das Zusammenwirken der Verformungen (11) einer solchen Gruppe.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich um eine entfaltete oder auseinandergezogene Metallstruktur handelt, die ursprünglich aus einem Blech (10') hervorgeht und deren Verformungen (11) durchbrochene Maschen (12) bilden, die durch Streifen oder Stege (13) begrenzt sind, die zur allgemeinen Ebene (P) des Ausgangsbleches (10') geneigt sind, wobei das Motiv (16) nur eine der Flanken (14) der betreffenden Streifen oder Stege (13) beeinflußt.
- Struktur nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Motiv (16) nur die Flanke (14) der Streifen oder Stege (13) beeinflußt, die - im Sinne des Streckvorganges - stromabwärts liegen.
- Struktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Aluminium besteht.
- Verfahren zum Erhalten einer verformten Metallstruktur (10), welche auf der Oberfläche ein Motiv (16) hat, wobei die Struktur eine auseinandergezogene Metallstruktur ist, indem man flach auf dem Ausgangsblech (10') ein Ausgangsmotiv (16') aufbringt, von dem das gesuchte Motiv (16) abgeleitet wird, und worauf man das Ausgangsblech (10') den üblichen Stanz- und Streck-Operationen unterzieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Ausgangsmotiv (16') auf dem Ausgangsblech (10') durch eine Hitze-Übertragungs-Operation mit Hilfe von sublimierbarer Tinte aufbringt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - ausgehend davon, daß das Ausgangsblech (10') ein Aluminiumblech ist - man seine Anodisation sicherstellt, bevor man das Ausgangsmotiv (16') aufbringt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man nach dem Aufbringen des Ausgangsmotivs (16') auf das Ausgangsblech (10') das Ausgangsblech (10') einer Kolmatierungs-Operation unterwirft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolmatierungs-Operation bei niedriger Temperatur und während einer Dauer in der Größenordnung von 20 Minuten ausgeführt wird.
