Nach der Patentschrift DE 23 49 106 C3 ist ein Mischkneter bekannt, dessen zylindrisches Gehäuse durch ebene Stirnwände abgeschlossen ist. Im Totraum 8 ist ein Brecher 10 fest mit dem Gehäusemantel 1 verbunden. Mit dem Gehäusemantel 1 sind die in das Gehäuse hineinragenden Knethaken 18 lösbar verbunden. Die Welle 5 ist durch die gewölbte Scheibe 3 mittels eines mit der Scheibe 3 verschweißten Innenrings 11 über eine Abdichtung 12 und eine Lagerung 13 zu einem Antrieb 14 mit einer Drehmomentstütze 15 hindurchgeführt.
