- the entire electrical system including electrical connections and power cord locking means 10 is preferably mounted on a support flange 2 housed between the bottom of the housing and the edge of the tank.
- the assembly 1 is subsequently reintroduced into the housing. From the connection or from the selection of the switch in the operating position, the heating means 4 are activated. The temperature of the wax increases; the softened wax, then melts. She is then distributed in the tank 6, along at least one of the walls thereof, following the orientation of the applicator, as illustrated in figure 3. The strip routing along the walls of the tank, the wax comes into contact with said bandaged.
- the wax present on the strip portion outside the housing is then deposits on the application surface, in particular the surface to be depilated.
- the displacement of the applicator against the application surface therefore causes the circulation of the strip which conveys the molten wax from the tank to the surface of application.
- the calibrated opening 8a allows the deposit of a regular layer and uniform.
- motorization means 16, 17, 18 and 19 of known type are provided. So, for example, a 16 DC or stepper motor connected to a transmission assembly 17 driving a cooperating drive roller with the conveyor belt 11, allows the automatic advancement of the belt.
- the motor 16 is arranged in the housing 3, preferably outside the tank 6 and a transmission assembly, for example belt, transmits the rotary movement to the roller 18, disposed in the tank 6, against the belt.
- An axis crossing so waterproof a wall of the support 13 completes the drive chain.
- These motorization means allow the automatic advancement of the strip, by example at the start of the cycle, before it is covered with wax.
- the automatic belt advancement means allow the strip to circulate at a constant speed, which contributes to the application of a uniform layer. This same means also has the advantage of eliminating all effort to drive the strip and therefore to apply the wax. This feature is particularly advantageous for regions sensitive to epilation.
- one or more rollers are added 12 additional for the belt drive.
- the conveying means 1 consist of a strip or tape possibly comprising a series of cups. As in the form of execution illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, at least a portion of the strip is bathed in the melted wax and another portion flows out of the housing.

Description
The present invention relates to the technical field of application devices depilatory wax, in which the wax, stored in solid form at temperature ambient, must be subjected to a heat flux to change state and pass to a at least pasty state so that it can be applied.
The present invention relates more particularly to a depilatory wax applicator comprising a gripping case inside which are housed means for heaters, associated with thermal regulation means, intended to melt a charge of wax, a reservoir intended to collect the melted wax.
Whatever type of depilatory wax applicator is considered, the hair removal technique applying a depilatory wax consists in melting a certain amount of wax, then apply a layer of this wax in the molten state to the area to be depilated. After hardening, i.e. after cooling, the cold wax film is removed by any suitable means, the hairs then being extracted from the skin in because of their joining with the melted wax.
To implement this widely used technique, we already know ready-to-use hot wax dispensers, consisting of a wax tank heated by any means, for example by a device similar to a bottle warmer. These devices are supplemented by a simple distributor roll of wax independent of the reservoir, which the user introduces into the wax mass in order to coat it with a mass of wax. These devices, of a great rusticity, prove no longer meet the needs of users of depilatory wax, in particular because of many disadvantages of use. So the application temperature of the wax is practically uncontrollable, as is the thickness of application of this layer. These devices are also considered bulky and give rise to a long, tedious, often messy hair removal operation and also involves overconsumption of wax.
To improve the earlier devices mentioned above, it has already been proposed, in particular in patent application FR-A-2520601, a set applicator comprising a housing provided with heated housings in which are housed manual applicators intended to be implemented by the user. The applicators have an internal depilatory wax reservoir and a roller wax applicator. Such an applicator obviously constitutes an improvement notable compared to previous devices, but it does not solve however completely the essential problem of the control of the application of the wax. Indeed, the heating of the wax only occurs intermittently over time when the applicator is in the heated housing. It therefore turns out that after a application time the temperature of the wax decreases rapidly and is not consequence more at a favorable level. This causes increasing difficulty in the application, and in particular the appearance of a wax spinning phenomenon negatively influencing the quality of hair removal. This drawback is accompanied overconsumption of wax and heterogeneous application which ultimately leads to an unsatisfactory depilatory result. To partially alleviate this problem, the user is then obliged to frequently put the applicator back in the heated accommodation, which thoughtlessly extends the time spent the hair removal operation, without guaranteeing better control of the temperature of the wax nor, moreover, a better final result.
It has thus been proposed to partially remedy the defect in the applicator assemblies. separating the wax heating tank from the application unit, making, by example as described in patent application EP-A-0368698 a manual applicator comprising in a single housing a wax reservoir, a heating element and an applicator roller. To improve ease of application wax, but also to try to control the temperature of the wax, it is planned to provide the applicator roller with an independent heating means. Such a device ensures a certain control over the temperature of application of the wax and somehow reduces the risk of the spinning phenomenon previously mentioned. The presence of a heating means directly in the applicator roller may cause a risk of overheating the wax or burning of the user's skin. Furthermore, such a device turns out to be of a delicate realization insofar as it requires the mounting of two means of separate heaters in a box. Ultimately the reliability of such a device is not insured and its cost is high.
A problem remains insurmountable in the different types of applicators known. Indeed, the applicators described above all use force gravitational to bring the heated wax down through an orifice or slot from where it escapes to be subsequently applied by an applicator roller. From that the case is no longer positioned so as to facilitate the flow of the wax, the supply becomes irregular, which causes the application of a layer discontinuous, the thickness of which varies from point to point. Such a layer is obviously inadequate to offer satisfactory hair removal results. This phenomenon is all the more important if one wishes to depilate regions presenting small areas, difficult to access or regions where the skin is particularly sensitive, such as the eyebrow contour, the mustache, chin, armpits, bikini line, bikini, etc. The depilation of these different areas requires a particularly handy applicator, presenting a multiplicity of possibilities of positioning in space and allowing the deposition of a layer uniform and regular wax, of well defined and controlled thickness.
The object of the present invention therefore aims to remedy the drawbacks mentioned above, and to provide a depilatory wax applicator whose mode of application is independent of the gravitational force.
Another object of the invention is to provide a depilatory wax applicator allowing control and optimal control of the applied wax layer.
Another object of the invention is to provide a depilatory wax applicator allowing the application of a regular and uniform layer, regardless of the position of the applicator.
Another object of the invention is to provide a depilatory wax applicator operating independently of its orientation in space, and having by the same fact several degrees of freedom.
Another object of the invention is to provide a depilatory wax applicator whose different parts are particularly simple to make and assemble.
Another object of the invention is to provide a depilatory wax applicator easy to use when loading the wax and when disassembling and cleaning.
The objects assigned to the invention are achieved using a wax applicator. depilating comprising the features of claim 1.
sur toute la partie centrale du boítier 3 selon l'axe x-x'.The depilatory wax applicator illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4 comprises a
According to the illustrated embodiment, the routing means 1 include all

The surface of the conveyor belt may be smooth or may have different types of relief patterns, arranged regularly along the strip. Figure 2 illustrates an example where the strip has a multitude of parallel strips aligned along the y-y 'axis of the rolling means, regularly distributed along the course of the strip. The routing of the wax is thus facilitated. According to other variants, it is planned to use a strip comprising at least one recess arranged along its course along the axis x-x '. Such a hollow locally increases the thickness of the wax layer in order to increase its mechanical resistance during the lifting phase.
The applicator advantageously comprises means for lateral guidance of the
conveyor belt, preventing it from sliding or slipping sideways. he

polycarbonate, le PMMA ou le polyamide 11 ou 12.According to the illustrated embodiment, the conveying means 1 and / or the
The
Advantageously, the applicator according to the invention is provided with a witness
of use 7, arranged on the
The entire electrical system including electrical connections and
power cord locking means 10 is preferably mounted on a
The operation of the applicator according to the invention is described below.
uniforme. The user grasps the applicator by its
When the tank is empty, a new load of wax can again be installed, as described above.
An advantageous alternative embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in
Figures 5 and 6. In order to make the use of the applicator easier and more comfortable and
to facilitate the delivery of the wax, motorization means 16, 17, 18 and
19 of known type are provided. So, for example, a 16 DC or stepper motor
connected to a
These motorization means allow the automatic advancement of the strip, by example at the start of the cycle, before it is covered with wax. during the application, the automatic belt advancement means allow the strip to circulate at a constant speed, which contributes to the application of a uniform layer. This same means also has the advantage of eliminating all effort to drive the strip and therefore to apply the wax. This feature is particularly advantageous for regions sensitive to epilation.
According to other variant embodiments, not shown, one or more rollers are added 12 additional for the belt drive. Depending on the number of pebbles added, we have the possibility of modifying the course of the belt, to obtain a course of any shape, for example triangular or even substantially circular.
According to another variant, the conveying means 1 consist of a strip or tape possibly comprising a series of cups. As in the form of execution illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, at least a portion of the strip is bathed in the melted wax and another portion flows out of the housing.
