Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zur berührungslosen Umlenkung von bahnförmigem, bandförmigem oder flächigem Material (1), die ein Luftkissen (6) benutzt, das um eine genau zylindrische Oberfläche (4) gebildet wird, die an einem Ort angeordnet ist, an dem das bahnförmige, beim Ablaufen behandelte Material (1) umgelenkt werden muß, wobei in der Vorrichtung in oder unter der zylindrischen Oberfläche (4) Luftblasmittel vorgesehen sind, die das Luftkissen (6) für die berührungslose Umlenkung bilden und die Vorrichtung noch Strahlenemitter (7) beinhaltet, die auf den bahnförmigen Materialabschnitt (1) wirken, der sich in der Umlenkung um die genannte zylindrische Oberfläche (4) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strahlungsemitter Infrarotemitter (7) sind, die einzig auf der Innenseite des in der Umlenkung befindlichen bahnförmigen Materiales (1) angeordnet sind, in oder unter der genannten zylindrischen Oberfläche (4), und deren Strahlung radial nach außen zu der genannten zylindrischen Oberfläche (4) gerichtet ist, in Richtung auf den bahnförmigen Materialabschnitt (11), der sich in der Umlenkung um die genannte zylindrische Oberfläche (4) befindet, wobei der Strom der geblasenen Luft die Kühlung der Infrarotemitter (7) gleichzeitig mit der Bildung des Luftkissens (6) gewährleistet.
- Vorrichtung zur berührungslosen Umlenkung von bahnförmigem Material nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Vielzahl von Infrarotemittern (7) beinhaltet, die in Linien und/oder Reihen entsprechend dem Profil der genannten zylindrischen Oberfläche (4) angeordnet sind, wobei Durchlässe (5) für die geblasene Luft zwischen diesen Infrarotemittern (7) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung zur berührungslosen Umlenkung von bahnförmigem Material gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um die zylindrische Oberfläche (4) noch ein gerundeter Schutzschirm (9) aus einem für die Infrarotstrahlung durchlässigen Material, wie Quarzglas, vorgesehen ist, der vorzugsweise abnehmbar und austauschbar angeordnet ist und mit Öffnungen oder Unterbrechungen (5) zum Durchtritt des von den Blasmitteln abgegebenen Luftstromes versehen ist.
