Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Tragstütze bzw. eine Tragvorrichtung zu schaffen, die bei universellerem Einsatz einfacher in der Herstellung ist und gleichzeitig eine schnellere Montage ermöglicht. Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Tragstütze dadurch gelöst, dass das Fusslager ein auf das untere Ende des Profilstabes aufgestecktes Lagerelement aufweist, das mit einer an diesem drehbar gelagerten Gewindemutter und der in die Gewindemutter eingedrehten Gewindespindel eine Verstelleinheit bildet. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Tragstütze ist die Verstelleinheit auf einen beliebig abgelängten Profilstab aufgesteckt. Der Profilstab kann damit unabhängig von der Verstelleinheit in der jeweils geeigneten Länge abgelängt werden. Die Verstelleinheit kann somit an völlig unterschiedlich lange Profilstäbe aufgesteckt werden. Ein Verschrauben oder Verschweissen von Einzelteilen lässt sich damit vermeiden. Nach dem Baukastenprinzip können sehr kurze oder auch sehr lange Tragstützen mit gleichen Arbeitsschritten montiert werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Tragvorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Tragstützen mit horizontal verlaufenden Profilstäben verbunden sind und die Tragstützen mit den horizontal verlaufenden Profilstäben ein Traggestell zur Aufnahme einer Bade- oder Duschwanne bilden und dass wenigstens die Profilstäbe der Tragstützen aussenseitig Längsnuten aufweisen, an denen Verkleidungsplatten befestigbar sind. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Tragvorrichtung werden die Profilstäbe der Tragstützen zur Befestigung von Verkleidungsplatten verwendet und bilden mit horizontal verlaufenden Profilstäben ein Traggestell. Da auch die Profilstäbe der Tragstützen beliebig ablängbar sind, ist eine sehr flexible Bauweise möglich, so dass mit gleichen Bauteilen Tragvorrichtungen für sehr unterschiedliche sanitäre Installationen möglich sind. Eine besonders hohe Stabilität ist dann gewährleistet, wenn der Profilstab wenigstens drei, vorzugsweise vier Ecken aufweist, die jeweils einen sich in Längsrichtung des Profilstabes erstrekkenden Kanal bilden. Dies ermöglicht eine breite Abstützung des Lagerelementes an der unteren Stirnseite des Profilstabes. Die Figur 1 zeigt eine Tragstütze 1, die eine Badewanne 6 an einem Rand 6a auf einem Fussboden 27 abstützt. Die Tragstütze 1 besteht aus einem Fuss 4 mit einer Spindel 9, die am unteren Ende in eine Gewindebohrung 3 einer Stützkappe 17 eingedreht ist. Die Gewindebohrung 3 ist in einem zylindrischen, angeformten Bund 19 angeordnet. Am oberen Ende ist die Gewindespindel 9 in eine Gewindemutter 14 eingedreht, die in einer Oeffnung 15 (Fig. 5) eines Lagerelementes 8 drehbar gelagert ist. Dazu sind an der Gewindemutter 14 vier in einem Kreis angeordnete Rastnocken 21 angeformt, die in die Oeffnung 15 des Lagerelements 8 eingerastet sind. Die Rastnocken 21 sind so ausgebildet, dass die Gewindemutter 14 vergleichsweise streng, das heisst mit erhöhtem Drehmoment in der Oeffnung 15 drehbar ist. Dazu können beispielsweise Aussenflächen 14a unter Spannung an der Oeffnung 15 anliegen. Durch das erhöhte Drehmoment erübrigt sich eine Kontermutter, was die Herstellung und die Montage wesentlich vereinfacht.FIG. 1 shows a
Das Lagerelement 8 ist im wesentlichen eine gestanzte Platte 26, die an vier Ecken in quadratischer Anordnung nach oben abgebogene Laschen 11 besitzt. Mittig der Platte 26 ist die oben genannte Bohrung 15 angeordnet. An einer im wesentlichen ebenen Unterseite 8a des Lagerelements 8 ist eine umlaufende Fläche 14b der Mutter 14 abgestützt. Das Lagerelement 8, die aufgerastete Gewindemutter 14 sowie die Gewindespindel 9 bilden eine Verstelleinheit 10. Die vier Laschen 11 sind in einem Profilstab 2 eingesteckt und verbinden damit die Verstelleinheit 10 mit dem Profilstab 2.The
Der vorzugsweise aus Blech hergestellte Profilstab 2 weist gemäss Figur 2 vier Ecken 12 auf, die jeweils einen sich in Längsrichtung des Profilstabes 2 erstreckenden Kanal 13 bilden. Die Laschen 11 des Lagerelements 8 greifen jeweils von der Unterseite des Profilstabes 2 in diese Kanäle 13 ein und sind darin festgeklemmt. Der Profilstab 2 ist damit an vier Ecken 12 am Lagerelement 8 abgestützt und verankert. Zwischen den Ecken 12 sind Schwalbenschwanznuten 24 angeordnet, deren Wandungen stirnseitig auf der Oberseite 8b des Lagerelementes 8 aufliegen. Dadurch ist eine breite Abstützung der unteren Stirnseite 2a des Profils am Lagerelement 8 gewährleistet. Ein Verschweissen oder Verschrauben des Profils 2 mit dem Lagerelement 8 ist deshalb nicht erforderlich. Am oberen Ende ist auf dem Profilstab 2 eine Stützkappe 16 aufgesetzt, die vorzugsweise gleich ausgebildet ist wie die Stützkappe 17. Der Bund 18 der Stützkappe 16 greift hier in einen Innenraum 23 des Profilstabes 2 passgenau ein. Eine Oberseite 5 der Stützkappe 16 bildet eine Tragfläche für den Rand 6a der Badewanne 6.
