Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for cleaning bottles according to the preamble of
Bottles are transported for mechanical cleaning in bottle cells, summarized in bottle baskets, on conveyor chains through a bottle cleaning machine, where they are cleaned in several stations. The cleaned bottles are then removed from the bottle cells by a removal device and conveyed to a removal conveyor.
The problem here is the exact takeover of the bottles from the bottle cells by so-called removal fingers or carriers.
A device (DE 25 52 211) for transporting vessels such as bottles and the like is known. The like. Along a stationary support surface, for example for dispensing bottles from cleaning machines with a conveyor and a transfer device, consisting of several juxtaposed disks with drivers which rotate about a common axis. The axis of rotation of the drivers is guided back and forth along an essentially straight-line movement path in the feed direction of the transmission device during an extension stroke, the driver arm in the working position being movable from its starting position into the corresponding removal position within this movement section.
It is disadvantageous in all of these removal systems by means of cams and driver arms that the bottles fall onto the driver arms. The delivery is restless because the bottles hit the drive arms, sometimes even jumping. In addition to the disadvantage of the inexact decrease, the noise development is also very high.
Furthermore, the generic dispensing device (DE34 36 535) known, in which the bottles above the delivery table on a chute are conveyed by baskets against the dispensing direction of the machine over the chute edge and are taken over there by fingers which grasp the bottles downwards in the direction of dispensing through slots in an essentially vertical sliding surface at the front of the sliding surface lead to the table. Appropriate synchronized, cyclically operating drive means advance the sliding surface in the direction of discharge after the surfaces have been set down. The fingers run through a movement path, in the lower part of which they run downwards in front of the retracted sliding surface, rise behind the advanced sliding surface and take over the bottles in the area of the upper turning point at about the height of the sliding edge, the movement of the fingers in the area of the upper turning point Movement path has a component directed against the output direction.
Here, the bottles are guided relatively precisely, but a high finger speed is necessary due to the one-finger pick-up system. The pick-up system has short cycle times, which have an unfavorable effect on functional reliability and noise development.
The object of the invention is to remove machine-cleaned bottles directly from the bottle cells and to guide the bottles safely to a conveyor at a low speed of the pick-up system and with little noise.
This object is achieved in accordance with the features specified in the characterizing part of
The advantage of the inventive solution is that the mechanism of the take-off system has two pick-up fingers on a rotating disk (tubular shaft), but the movement sequences are nevertheless advantageously designed similar to a one-finger system. However, the speed to a one-finger system is only half as big. With short cycle times, this slower-running system has a very positive effect with the same performance. The possibility of making the movement of the pick-up fingers more optimal means that the bottle is guided safely from the bottle cell to the conveyor. There is no drop section.
The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
The associated figure shows a schematic representation of a removal device.
The device for removing vessels from cleaning machines consists, inter alia, of
