  • the main advantage of the closure according to the present invention lies in the particularly unmistakeable manner in which any unauthorized opening becomes apparent, by virtue of the fact that it is impossible to reassemble the security ring.

Claims (9)

  1. Sicherheitsverschluß (1) für Flaschen und dergleichen vom Typ mit einem Gießkörper (2), einer zylindrischen Muffe (3) mit einer inneren Fassung (10) zum Halten des Gießkörper (2), einer Kappe (4), einer Gewindekopplung (17) zwischen der Kappe (4) und dem Gießkörper (2) zum Ab- und Aufschrauben der Kappe (4) und einem Sicherheitsband (5), welches einen Ring (28), der mittels eines schwachen Festmachers (29) an der Kappe (4) gehalten ist, äußere Zähne (33), welche auf der zylindrischen Muffe (3) gebildet und welche gegenüberliegend zu den inneren Zähnen (34) sind, welche zum Eingriff mit den Zähnen (33), bevor die Kappe das erste Mal abgeschraubt worden ist, auf dem Ring (28) gebildet sind, aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Ring (28) in wenigstens zwei Teile (30, 31) unterteilt ist, und die äußeren Zähne (33) in einem Einschnitt (11) definiert durch eine abgeschrägte Schulter (3a) in der zylindrischen Muffe (3), gebildet sind.
  2. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Zähne (33) und die gegenüberliegenden Zähne (34) sägezahnähnliche Profile mit entsprechenden Flächen (33a, 34a) aufweisen, wobei die Flächen (33a) der Zähne (33) rückwärts abgeschrägt sind und die Flächen (34a) der gegenüberliegenden Zähne (34) vorwärts abgeschrägt sind, jeweils bezüglich einem Drehsinn bei dem die Kappe abgeschraubt wird.
  3. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Flächen (33a, 34a) der Zähne (33) und der gegenüberliegenden Zähne (34) mit entsprechend vorbestimmten Winkeln, die zwischen 5° und 25° gewählt sind, abgeschrägt sind.
  4. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Kappe (4) eine innere Kappe (18) und eine äußere Kappe (19), welche auf die innere Kappe (18) angepaßt ist, aufweist, wobei der Ring (28) mittels des schwachen Festmachers (29) auf der äußeren Kappe (19) hält.
  5. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die innere Kappe (18) mittels einer geschwächten Trennlinie (27) auf der zylindrischen Muffe (3) hält.
  6. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Verschluß Verbindungsmittel (20) zwischen der äußeren Kappe (19) und der inneren Kappe (18) zum Zusammenhalten der beiden aufweist.
  7. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Verbindungsmittel (20) Ringe (21) auf der inneren Kappe (18) und Ringvorsprünge (22) in der äußeren Kappe (19) aufweist, welche durch eine Rastverbindung die eine auf der anderen verbinden, um eine Kopplung (23) zum axialen Festhalten der äußeren Kappe auf der inneren Kappe zu bilden.
  8. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Verbindungsmittel (20) eine Keilkopplung (26) aufweist zum Zusammenhalten der äußeren Kappe und der inneren Kappe bezüglich einer Drehung.
  9. Verschluß gemäß Anspruch 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Keilkopplung (26) axiale Keile (24) und (25) mit zugespitzten Einführspitzen aufweist zur Führung der äußeren Kappe auf der inneren Kappe gemäß einer vorbestimmten Winkelteilung bei der Anpassung.
