Claims (12)
- Verankerungselement für eine elastische Schienenbefestigung an einem Querträger (T), enthaltend ein Steckelement mit Außengewinde (1) für eine Verschraubungsbefestigung mit einem in dem Querträger (T) enthaltenem Buchsenelement mit Innengewinde (2) und versehen mit einem an seiner Außenrandfläche in einem Stück ausgebildetem schraubenförmigen Element, dessen Windungsinnendurchmesser kleiner gleich dem Außendurchmesser des Gewindes von dem Steckerelement (1) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schraubenförmige Element (20) durch einen Draht gebildet ist, dessen Parallelogramm-Formprofil ermöglicht, daß in der Einbaulage eine parallele Abdeckung der Gewindeflächen des schraubenförmigen Elements (20) durch die gegenüberliegenden Gewindeflächen des Steckelements (1) derart erzielt wird, daß ein wechselseitiger Kontakt zwischen dem schraubenförmigen Element und der gesamten Außenoberfläche der Gewindeflächen des Buchsenelements (2) erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Außenfläche der Gewindegänge des schraubenförmigen Elements (2) im Hinblick auf die Achse des Steckelements (1) geneigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Außenfläche des schraubenförmigen Elements (20) parallel zu seiner unteren Innenfläche verläuft.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des schraubenförmigen Elements (20) ein Rombus ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schraubenförmige Element (20) mit dem Körper des Buchsenelements (2) verschraubt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Buchsenlements (2) größer gleich der Höhe des schraubenförmigen Elements (20) ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zudem einen Kragen (12) aufweist, der an der oberen Fläche des Querträgers (T) und dem oberen Rand des Buchsenelements (2) anliegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (12) eine Verschlußwand (12a) aufweist, die eine Abdichtkapsel bildet und bei Einführen des Steckelements (1) durchstoßbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Buchsenelement (2) und das schraubenförmige Element (20) in einem Ummantelungselement (22) aus komprimierbarem Material zum Gewährleisten der Verbindung mit der Querschiene (T) vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich in Längsrichtung erstreckende Dreh-Sperrflügel (220) aufweist, deren Außenrand an oder innerhalb des Zylindermantels des Buchsenelements (2) mit dem schraubenförmigen Element (20) oder der Ummantelung (22) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es derart ausgebildet ist, daß das schraubenförmige Element (20) metallisch ist und das Buchsenelement (2) aus isolierendem Plastikmaterial ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Randfläche des Steckelements (1) und der Innenfläche des Buchsenelements (2) Radialspiel besteht.
