Diese Hälften sind im Querschnitt oval ausgebildet und umschließen einen Hohlraum, wobei jede Hälfte eine offene und eine geschlossene, abgerundete Stirnseite aufweist. Von den beiden Hälften trägt eine Hälfte einen Absatz, der derart ausgebildet ist, daß seine Außenmaße mit den Innenmaßen der zweiten Hälfte übereinstimmen, so daß der Absatz kraftschlüssig in der zweiten Hälfte gehalten wird. Hierbei ist auszuführen, daß die Herstellung derartiger Verpackungen aus Zellulose durch Umwickeln eines die Form des Hohlraums nachbildenden Kerns mit einem Zellulosestreifen erfolgt, woraufhin die rohrförmige Einheit an einem Ende durch Umbiegen des Endes des Zellulosestreifens verschlossen wird. Hierbei werden entsprechende Faltelemente der Verpackungshälfte aufeinander zugefaltet, so daß die umgefalteten Faltelemente aneinander stoßen. Demzufolge ist bei einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung vorgesehen, daß jeder Zellulosestreifen eine geradlinige Längskante, zwei geradlinige Seitenkanten und eine weitere Längsseite aufweist, an der Faltzungen und Lappen angeordnet sind. Bei der Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung wird ein derartiger Zellulosestreifen um einen den Hohlraum nachbildenden Körper gewickelt, so daß die vorzugsweise kreisbogenabschnittförmig ausgebildeten Faltzungen in zumindest doppellagiger Anordnung im wesentlichen deckend aufeinander zu liegen kommen und so daß die Lappen insbesondere im Bereich der Schmalseiten der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind. Anschließend wird die Wickelform aus dem Verpackungshälftenrohling herausgenommen und die beiden Lappen aufeinander zugefaltet, bevor in einem letzten Schritt die Faltzungen ebenfalls aufeinander zu gefaltet werden und den Endabschluß der Verpackungshälfte bilden. Es versteht sich von selbst, daß bereits während des Wickelns des Zellulosestreifens um den Wickelkörper eine Klebverbindung zwischen den aufeinander anzuordnenden Bereichen jedes Zellulosestreifen ausgeführt wird. Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung liegt nun darin, daß durch die zumindest zwei Lappen eine wesentliche Verbesserung der Stabilität einer Verpackungshälfte in ihrem Endbereich erzielbar ist. Claims (10)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
