Claims (13)

  1. Seilklemme mit einem ersten Endstück, einem zweiten Endstück und einer Längsachse, die sich dazwischen erstreckt, mit einer an besagtem ersten Endstück angrenzenden Spannstruktur (12,14), die zum Einspannen eines Seilendstückes angepaßt wurde, und einer an besagtem zweiten Endstück angrenzenden Befestigungskonstruktion (45, 47), die angepaßt wurde, um die Befestigung der besagten Seilklemme an einer Außenfläche zu ermöglichen, und die weiterhin durch ein Schutzelement (49) zwischen der besagten Spannstruktur und der besagten Befestigungskonstruktion charakterisiert wird, wobei das besagte Schutzelement einen Umriß besitzt, der eine radial nach außen positionierte Abdichtungsfläche in Bezug auf die Befestigungskonstruktion festlegt, wodurch bei Gebrauch die Spannstruktur mit einer Abdeckdichtung zu dem besagten Schutzelement (49) ausgestattet werden kann, um das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in ein eingespanntes Seil zu verhindern.
  2. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Schutzelement (49) im allgemeinen flach und so positioniert ist, daß die Längsachse der Klemme im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Fläche des Schutzelements ist.
  3. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem das Profil am Ende des Schutzelements (49) abgerundet ist.
  4. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Spannstruktur eine hervorstehende Klemmbacke (12) mit einem Ausläufer (22) und ein integriertes teilweise zylindrisches Kopfstück (16) sowie eine aufnehmende Klemmbacke (14) mit einem Ausläufer (38) und einer integrierten Passe (36), die eine teilweise zylindrische Aushöhlung (37) umreißt, besitzt, wobei das Kopfstück der hervorstehenden Klemmbacke in der Aushöhlung aufgenommen wird, um eine gegenseitige Zapfenbewegung zwischen den Klemmbacken zu ermöglichen, wobei sich eine Öffnung zur Seilaufnahme (26) diametral durch das Kopfstück erstreckt und eine Öffnung zur Seilaufnahme (42) sich radial durch die Passe erstreckt und die besagten Öffnungen zur Seilaufnahme bei offener Zapfenposition der Klemmbacken so ausgerichtet werden, daß sie die Einführung des Seils durch sie hindurch ermöglichen, und bei geschlossener Zapfenposition der Klemmbacken wesentlich schlecht ausgerichtet werden, um das Seil einzuspannen, wobei die besagten Ausläufer zusammengespannt werden, damit die Klemmbacken in der geschlossenen Position verbleiben, wobei die Spannvorrichtung ferner mit einem Verschluß (52) versehen ist, der eingerichtet wurde, um die besagten Ausläufer zusammenzuspannen.
  5. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 4, bei der einer der besagten Ausläufer mit einer ersten Öffnung mit Gewinde (48) und der andere der besagten Ausläufer mit einer zweiten Öffnung ohne Gewinde (34) ausgestattet sind, wobei die erste und zweite Öffnung ausgerichtet werden, wenn sich die besagten Klemmbacken in geschlossener Position befinden und der besagte Verschluß (52) mit einer Schraube ausgestattet ist, die durch die besagte erste Öffnung hindurchgeht, um die besagte zweite Öffnung in ihrem Gewinde einrasten zu lassen.
  6. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 5, bei der die besagte erste Öffnung mit Gewinde (48) die Form einer vorstehenden Nabe hat, die in die besagte zweite Öffnung (34) hineinragt, wenn sich die besagten Klemmbacken in der geschlossenen Position befinden.
  7. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 4, bei welcher die besagte Befestigungskonstruktion eine Öffnung (47) in einem der besagten Ausläufer zur Aufnahme einer Schraube hat.
  8. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 1 ferner mit einer Abdeckung (60, 60'), die angepaßt wurde, um das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit zu verhindern, indem sie die Spannstruktur umhüllt und das Schutzelement abgedichtet wird.
  9. Seilklemme nach Anspruch 8, wobei sich die Befestigungskonstruktion über die Abdeckung hinaus erstreckt.
  10. Wasserfeste Seilklemme/Seilkonstruktion mit:
    einem Seil;
    einer Seilklemme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche; und
    einer röhrenförmigen wasserfesten Abdeckung, die an einem Ende die Dichtungsoberfläche des Schutzelements und am anderen Ende das an die Seilklemme angrenzende Seil abdichtet, so daß die Spannstruktur sich innerhalb der Abdeckung befindet und die Abdeckung dem Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in das eingespannte Seil Widerstand leistet.
  11. Verfahren zum Schutz eines eingespannten Seils vor dem Eindringen von Wasser, das die folgenden Schritte enthält:
    a) Ausstattung einer Seilklemme mit einem ersten Endstück, einem zweiten Endstück und einer Längsachse, die sich dazwischen erstreckt, mit einer Spannstruktur (12, 14), die an das besagte erste Endstück angrenzt und angepaßt wurde, um das Seilende einzuspannen, einer Befestigungskonstruktion (45, 47), die an das besagte zweite Endstück angrenzt und angepaßt wurde, um die Befestigung der besagten Klemme an einer Außenfläche zu ermöglichen, und einem Schutzelement (49) zwischen der besagten Spannstruktur und der besagten Befestigungskonstruktion, wobei das besagte Schutzelement einen Umriß besitzt, der eine radial nach außen positionierte Abdichtungsfläche in Bezug auf die Befestigungskonstruktion festlegt, wodurch bei Gebrauch die Spannstruktur mit einer Abdeckdichtung zu dem besagten Schutzelement (49) ausgestattet wird, um das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in ein eingespanntes Seil zu verhindern;
    b) einspannen des Seils in der Spannstruktur; und
    c) anbringen einer feuchtigkeitsabweisenden Abdeckung (60, 60') an das Seil und die Seilklemme nach Schritt (b), so daß die Abdeckung das Seil an einer Seite der Spannstruktur und das Schutzelement an der anderen Seite der Spannstruktur abdichtet.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei Schritt (c) das Einpressen einer röhrenförmigen Abdeckung in das Seil und die Seilklemme beinhaltet.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 mit dem weiteren Schritt:
       d) befestigen der Befestigungskonstruktion an ein äußeres Element nach Schritt (c).
