Bei dieser im großen und ganzen zufriedenstellenden Verriegelungseinrichtung ist es jedoch möglich, die Verriegelung durch geeignete mechanische Mittel/Hebel zu überwinden und den Müllbehälter unbefugt zu öffnen.

Dabei ist das Halteelement durch einen Dichtring 14 gedrückt, der einerseits eine Abdichtung des Tascheninnenraumes und andererseits eine Zentrierung des Halteelementes bewirkt. Bei geschlossenem Deckel drückt/greift das vordere Ende des Ankers 13 in eine Rastkerbe 15 im Halteelement und verhindert das Öffnen des Deckels. Wie in der Fig. 2 noch gezeigt, drückt das vordere Ende des Halteteils im verriegelten Zustand auf ein durch eine Druckfeder vorgespanntes Federlager 16.

Durch die Kraft der Zugfeder 23 wird die Halteplatte 21 vom Haftmagnetsystem 17 gezogen, wobei auch das Halteteil seitlich so weit verschoben wird, daß die Haltenase 25 außer Eingriff mit der Rastkerbe 15 gelangt. Das Federlager 16 drückt dann das Halteelement 5 so weit hoch, daß ein erneutes, selbständiges Verrasten nicht mehr möglich ist. Beim weiteren Öffnen des Deckels 2 beschreibt das vordere Ende des Halteelementes einen Kreisbogen, wobei das vordere Ende gegen die Seitenwand 26 der Öffnung 27 im Halteteil 22 drückt und das Halteteil seitlich verschiebt, bis die Halteplatte so weit an das Haftmagnetsystem gelangt ist, daß diese herangezogen und fest am Haftmagnetsystem gehalten wird.
Das Verriegelungssystem ist somit für den anschließenden Verriegelungsvorgang beim Schließen des Deckels vorbereitet. Gleichzeitig wird durch die am Haftmagnetsystem anliegende Halteplatte verhindert, daß bei längeren Öffnungszeiten des Deckels Schmutzpartikel zwischen die Halteplatte und das Haftmagnetsystem gelangen können. Beim Schließen des Deckels wird das Halteelement 5 durch den Dichtring 14 gedrückt und das vordere Ende in die trichterförmige Öffnung 27 des Halteteils eingeschoben. Da das vordere Ende, wie vorstehend bereits erwähnt, einen Kreisbogen beschreibt, gleitet dieses an der schrägen Wandfläche 28 entlang und gelangt schließlich in den Bereich der Seitenwand 26.

Zur Erzeugung des elektrischen Impulses für den Elektromagneten 11 bzw. das Haftmagnetsystem 17 ist vorgesehen, daß in der Aufnahmetasche 6 des Müllbehälters eine elektrische/elektronische Einrichtung untergebracht ist, die diesen Impuls erzeugt. Zur Stromversorgung dieser Einrichtung ist z. B.eine Batterie 8 in der Aufnahmetasche vorgesehen, bzw. es wird eine induktive Energieerzeugung aus der Sendeleistung durchgeführt. Ggfs. kann auch vorgesehen sein, daß die elektronische Einrichtung durch einen Codekartenleser 10 oder eine Tastatur angesteuert wird, wobei nach Eingabe eines Benutzercodes der Impuls zum Öffnen des Deckels erzeugt wird.

daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung (4) eine elektromagnetisch betätigbare Entriegelungseinrichtung aufweist, die bei Betätigung derart auf das Halteelement (5) einwirkt, daß die Verriegelung gelöst und der Deckel (2) zum Öffnen freigegeben wird.

daß in der Öffnung (27) eine Haltenase (25) vorgesehen ist, die mit einer Rastkerbe (15) im Halteelement (5) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Verriegelung bei Eingriff der Haltenase in die Rastkerbe gegeben ist, daß das Halteteil (22) mit einer Halteplatte (21) verbunden ist, die am Haftmagnetsystem (17) anliegt, daß das Halteteil (22) bei vom Haftmagnetsystem gelöster Halteplatte durch eine Zugfeder (23) quer zum Halteelement (5) bewegt wird, so daß die Haltenase (25) außer Eingriff mit der Rastkerbe (15) gelangt, daß das Halteteil (22) bei am Haltemagnetsystem anliegender Halteplatte durch die Kraft einer Zugfeder (24) am Haftmagnetsystem derart quer zum Halteelement (5) bewegt wird, daß die Haltenase (25) fest in die Rastkerbe (15) gedrückt wird, und
daß das vordere Ende des am Deckel (2) des Müllbehälters befestigten Halteelementes (5) bei verriegeltem Deckel gegen ein Federlager (16) drückt.
