Fig. 1 stellt eine Aufrißzeichnung der erfindungsgemäßen Nachfüllkartusche im Bereich des Fußendes dar (entsprechend Ansicht B in Fig. 4). Die Haltevorrichtung (1) ist mit Borsten (3) besetzt, mittels derer die Klebemasse in der Haltevorrichtung (1) fixiert wird. Die Haltevorrichtung (1) ist mit Hilfe von sechs dünnen Kunststoffrippen (4) mit der Kartuschenhülse (8) so verbunden, daß die Haltevorrichtung (1) und die Kartuschenhülse (8) zusammen ein einziges Formteil bilden. In der Nachfüllkartusche sind drei Führungsstege (5) in einer Anordnung angebracht, die der Anordnung der entsprechenden Führungsstege (12) in der Original-Klebestifthülse (14) entspricht (vgl. Fig. 5). Durch die am Fußende (16) der Haltevorrichtung (1) angebrachte Arretierungsnase (2) (vgl. auch Fig. 2) wird gewährleistet, daß die drei Nuten (9) der Haltevorrichtung (1) zu Beginn des Nachfüllvorganges stets so ausgerichtet sind, daß sie genau über den Führungsstegen (12) in der Original-Klebestifthülse (14) stehen. Die Haltevorrichtung (1) verfügt über ein zentrisches Innengewinde (6), in das die Gewindespindel (13) der Original-Klebestifthülse (14) nach dem Aufsetzen der Nachfüllkartusche auf die Original-Klebestifthülse (14) eingreifen kann (vgl. auch Fig. 5). Am oberen und unteren Ende der Kartuschenhülse (8) ist jeweils eine Ringfläche (7) ausgebildet, die zum Versiegeln der beiden Enden der Nachfüllkartusche mit Hilfe daran anzubringender Versiegelungsfolien dient. Der Anschlag (10) verhindert im Zusammenwirken mit dem Anschlag (11) im Fußteil des Original-Klebestiftes (14) (vgl. Fig. 5) das Überdrehen der Gewindespindel (13) des Original-Klebestiftes (14), bzw. des zentrischen Innengewindes (6), wenn sich die Haltevorrichtung (1) in der untersten möglichen Position befindet. Es sind vorteilhaft zwei Anschläge (10) und zwei Anschläge (11) vorgesehen.
Fig. 2 stellt eine Grundrißansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Kartuschenhülse (8), bzw. einer erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung (1) dar. Insbesondere ist die Arretierungsnase (2) dargestellt, die sicherstellt, daß die drei Nuten (9) der Haltevorrichtung (1) zu Beginn des Nachfüllvorganges stets so ausgerichtet sind, daß sie genau über den Führungsstegen (12) in der Hülse des Original-Klebestiftes (14) stehen, sowie auch die unter Figur 1 bereits erwähnten, als Sollbruchstellen ausgebildeten sechs Kunststoffrippen (4) und darüberhinaus die Führungsstege (5), die zu den entsprechenden Führungsstegen (12) in der Original-Klebestifthülse (14) korrespondieren.
Fig. 3 stellt eine Detailansicht des Anschlags 10 im Aufriß dar (vgl. die Markierungen "C" in Fig. 2). Durch den Anschlag (10) wird, im Zusammenwirken mit dem Anschlag (11) im Fußteil des Original-Klebestiftes (14) (vgl. Fig. 5) das Überdrehen der Gewindespindel (13) des Original-Klebestiftes (14), bzw. des zentrischen Innengewindes (6) verhindert, wenn sich die Haltevorrichtung (1) in der untersten Position befindet und mit ihrer Unterseite den drehbaren Fußteil des Original-Klebestiftes (14) kontaktiert.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Aufrißansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Nachfüllkartusche in der Totale und einen korrespondierenden Grundriß. Wiedergegeben sind insbesondere die Führungsstege (5), deren Anordnung mit der entsprechenden Anordnung der Führungsstege (12) in der Original-Klebestifthülse (14) übereinstimmt, sowie der Anschlag 10 (vgl. die Markierungen "C" in Fig. 2 sowie Fig. 3), durch den im Zusammenwirken mit dem Anschlag (11) im Fußteil des Original-Klebestiftes (14) (vgl. Fig. 5) das Überdrehen der Gewindespindel (13) des Original-Klebestiftes (14), bzw. des zentrischen Innengewindes (6) der Haltevorrichtung (1) verhindert wird, wenn sich die Haltevorrichtung (1) in der untersten Position befindet. Außerdem sind die beiden Ringflächen (7) dargestellt, die jeweils am oberen und unteren Ende der Kartuschenhülse (8) ausgebildet sind und die zum Versiegeln der beiden Enden der Nachfüllkartusche mit Hilfe daran anzubringender Versiegelungsfolien dienen.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen Aufriß der auf einen Original-Klebestift (14) aufgesetzten, erfindungsgemäßen Kartuschenhülse (8) sowie den entsprechenden Grundriß. Die zentrische Gewindespindel (13) der Original-Klebestifthülse (14) greift in das Innengewinde (6) der Haltevorrichtung (1) ein, wodurch der Bruch der Kunststoffrippen (4) (vgl. Fig. 1 und 2) ausgelöst und die Haltevorrichtung (1) für in vertikaler Richtung erfolgende Verschiebungen freigegeben wird, die durch Drehen der Gewindespindel (13) vorgenommen werden können. Der Original-Klebestift (14) kann so erneut mit der der Kartuschenhülse (8) zu entnehmenden Klebemasse befüllt und weiterverwendet werden, wobei die stiftförmige Klebemasse fest in der Haltevorrichtung (1) verankert ist.
Figur 6 zeigt den Transporteinsatz mit zentralem Stift (15), welcher vom Fußteil (16) der erfindungsgemäßen Nachfüllkartuschenhülse (8) aus in die zentrale Ausnehmung der Haltevorrichtung (1) eingreift, so daß der zentrale Stift beim Abfüllen der Klebemasse eine zentrale Ausnehmung in der Klebemasse bildet, in welche die Drehspindel aus der nachzufüllenden Originalhülse einlaufen kann.1 shows an elevation drawing of the refill cartridge according to the invention in the area of the foot end (corresponding to view B in FIG. 4). Two stops (10) and two stops (11) are advantageously provided.
Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the cartridge sleeve (8) according to the invention, or a holding device (1) according to the invention.
