Ein langer Beleg hingegen hat mit seiner voraneilenden Kante den Belegtisch schon verlassen, wenn sein Hinterkante das Transportrollenpaar 30, 32 verläßt. Claims (12)

  1. Document processing device, especially a document printer (10), with a document issuing section which has a slot-like document issuing aperture (28) and a document support (16, 116) arranged downstream of the latter in the document issuing direction, characterized in that there is arranged on the document support (16, 116), parallel to the document issuing aperture (28), a region (50, 150) which inhibits the sliding of a document (20) and projects beyond at least parts (42, 142) of the document support (16, 116), it being possible for the upper border (42, 142) of the front wall (40, 140) of a lower housing part (14, 114) adjacent to the document support surface (46, 146) to form part of the document support (16, 116) and it being possible for a setoff of the document support (16, 116) to be formed on this housing border (42, 142), the surface (42, 142) of which setoff is set back by an amount (d1, d2), preferably 0.5 - 3 mm, below the remaining document support surface (46, 146).
  2. Document processing device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the border of the document support (16, 116) remote from the document issuing aperture (28) is adjacent to an edge of the device housing, and the slide-inhibiting region (50, 150) is arranged close to the housing edge and parallel to the latter and the coefficient of friction of the slide-inhibiting region (50, 150) is great in comparison with the coefficient of friction of the remaining document support surface.
  3. Document processing device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the slide-inhibiting region (50, 150) extends substantially over the width of the document support (16, 116).
  4. Document processing device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the region projecting beyond the document support surface (46, 146) is formed by boss-like elevations.
  5. Document processing device according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the elevation(s) projecting beyond the document support surface (46, 146) are integrally formed on the document support.
  6. Document processing device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the region projecting beyond the document support surface (46, 146) is a profiled strip (50, 150).
  7. Document processing device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the profiled strip is adhesively bonded onto the document support.
  8. Document processing device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the profiled strip (50, 150) is inserted in a groove (48, 148) in the document support.
  9. Document processing device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the profiled strip (50) has an oval cross-sectional profile.
  10. Document processing device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the profiled strip (150) comprises a fastening web (154) which can be inserted into the groove (48, 148) and a mushroom head-like upper part (152) adjoining the latter.
  11. Document processing device according to Claim 10, characterized in that the upper part (152) has a flatly rising flank (158), facing toward the profiled strip (150) of the entering/issuing aperture (28) in the installed position, and a flank lying opposite said rising flank and falling in the form of an arc of a circle towards the housing edge, the radius of the arc of a circle preferably corresponding to the radius of a neighbouring housing edge.
  12. Document processing device according to one of Claims 6 to 11, characterized in that the profiled strip consists of natural rubber and has a hardness of preferably 45 Shore A.
