Each aspirator is connected by tubing to each concentrate reservoir to conduct concentrate from the reservoir to the aspirator. A single gun means provides water flow for the several aspirators. Claims (19)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe eines Gemisches aus Verdünnungsmittel und einem konzentrierten chemischen Stoff, aufweisend:
    (a) ein Gehäuse (12) mit einem darin liegenden Verdünnungsmitteldurchgang (55), der mit einem druckbeaufschlagten Vorrat (30) für Verdünnungsmittel verbindbar ist;
    (b) eine entfernbare, variierbare Proportioniereinrichtung (40) zum Proportionieren und Abgeben des konzentrierten chemischen Stoffes durch einen Kanal (59), die mit einem Konzentratbehälter (113) verbindbar und am Gehäuse (12) der Verdünnungsmittelabgabevorrichtung (10) entfernbar anbringbar ist, so daß der Kanal (59) in Fließverbindung mit dem Verdünnungsmitteldurchgang (55) steht, wobei die variable Proportioniereinrichtuung (40) eine Einrichtung aufweist, die mit dem Verdünnungsmitteldurchgang zusammenarbeitet, um Konzentrat aus dem Behälter (113) anzusaugen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist:
    (c) eine erste Versperreinrichtung (48) zum Anbringen und Abnehmen der variierbaren Proportioniereinrichtung (40), so daß die variierbare Proportioniereinrichtung (40) versperrt und im Gehäuse (12) der Verdünnungsmittelabgabevorrichtung (10) in vorgewählter Lage ausgerichtet ist; und
    (d) eine erste Abdichteinrichtung (64), die an der variierbaren Proportioniereinrichtung (40) angeordnet ist, wobei die erste Abdichteinrichtung (64) unter Spannung steht, um den Konzentratkanal (59) der variierbaren Konzentrat-Proportioniereinrichtung (40) zu bedecken und abzudichten, wenn sie von der Verdünnungsmittelabgabevorrichtung (10) entfernt ist.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, weiter aufweisend eine zweite Abdichteinrichtung (71), die unter Spannung steht, um eine Öffnung im Gehäuse (21) zu bedecken, wenn die variierbare Proportioniereinrichtung (40) davon entfernt ist.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Abgabevorrichtung (10) als Wassersprühkanone zur Abgabe von Wasser verwendet werden kann, wenn die variierbare Proportioniereinrichtung (40) von der Abgabevorrichtung (10) entfernt worden ist.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die erste Abdichteinrichtung (64) eine Hülse aufweist, die durch eine Feder in eine den Kanal (60) bedeckende geschlossene Position gedrückt wird, wenn die variierbare Proportioniereinrichtung (40) von der Abgabevorrichtung (10) entfernt worden ist.
  5. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die variierbare Proportioniereinrichtung (40) eine entfernbare Saugvorrichtung ist.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Gehäuse (12) ein daran befestigtes starres Auslaßrohr (20) aufweist.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der das starre Auslaßrohr (20) vom Gehäuse (12) entfernbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der das Auslaßrohr (20) eine Bürstenanordnung, eine Sprühdüse oder eine Schäumeinrichtung aufweist.
  9. System zum Verdünnen und Abgeben eines chemischen Stoffes, aufweisend:
    (a) mehrere Konzentratbehälter (113) zum Aufbewahren von konzentrierten chemischen Stoffen, wobei jeder Konzentratbehälter (113) ein sich davon erstreckendes Aufnahmerohr (114) aufweist und die Konzentratbehälter (113) auf einem Sockel (101) ruhen;
    (b) eine Pistoleneinrichtung (10) zur Abgabe eines Gemisches aus einem Verdünnungsmittel und einem konzentrierten chemischen Stoff, wobei die Pistoleneinrichtung (10) ein erstes Wassereinlaßende und ein zweites Auslaßende hat, und wobei die Pistoleneinrichtung (10) aufweist:
    (i) ein Gehäuse (12) mit einem darin liegenden Verdünnungsmitteldurchgang (55), der mit einem druckbeaufschlagten Vorrat (30) für Verdünnungsmittel verbindbar ist;
    (ii) ein Ventil (82) zum Steuern des im Gehäuse (12) abgegebenen Wasserflusses;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aufweist:
    (iii) eine am Gehäuse (12) angeordnete entfernbare Saugvorrichtung (40), wobei die Saugvorrichtung (40) an einem der Aufnahmerohre (114) angebracht ist, wobei die Saugvorrichtung (40) den konzentrierten chemischen Stoff durch einen Kanal (59) proportioniert und abgibt und mit einem Konzentratbehälter (113) verbindbar und entfernbar am Gehäuse (12) der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) anbringbar ist, so daß der Kanal (59) in Fließverbindung mit dem Verdünnungsmitteldurchgang (55) steht, wobei die Saugvorrichtung (40) eine Einrichtung aufweist, die mit dem Verdünnungsmitteldurchgang zusammenarbeitet, um Konzentrat aus dem Behälter (113) anzusaugen;
    (iv) eine Versperreinrichtung (48) zum Anbringen und Abnehmen der Saugvorrichtung, so daß sie versperrt und im Gehäuse der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) in vorgewählter Lage ausgerichtet ist;
    (v) eine erste Abdichteinrichtung (64), die an der Saugvorrichtungrichtung (40) angeordnet ist, wobei die erste Abdichteinrichtung (64) unter Spannung steht, um den Konzentratkanal der Saugvorrichtung (40) zu bedecken und abzudichten, wenn die Saugvorrichtung (40) von der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) entfernt ist; und
    (vi) eine Düse (18) mit einem daran angebrachten entfernbaren starren Auslaßrohr (20);
    wobei die Pistoleneinrichtung (10) an dem Sockel (101) befestigbar ist und die Aufnahmerohre (114) jeweils eine daran angebrachte Saugvorrichtung (40) aufweisen; und
    (c) mindestens einen Lagerbehälter (111) zum Aufbewahren eines verdünnten chemischen Stoffes, wobei die Düse (18) zur Abgabe des verdünnten chemischen Stoffes in den Lagerbehälter (111) einsetzbar ist.
  10. System nach Anspruch 9, weiter aufweisend eine zweite Abdichteinrichtung (71), die unter Spannung steht, um eine Öffnung im Gehäuse (12) zu bedecken, wenn die Saugvorrichtung (40) davon entfernt ist.
  11. System nach Anspruch 9, bei dem die erste Abdichteinrichtung (64) eine Hülse aufweist, die durch eine Feder in eine den Kanal (60) bedeckende geschlossene Position gedrückt wird, wenn die Saugvorrichtung (40) von der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) entfernt worden ist.
  12. System nach Anspruch 9, bei dem das Auslaßrohr (20) eine Bürstenanordnung, eine Sprühdüse oder eine Schäumeinrichtung aufweist.
  13. System nach Anspruch 9, bei dem eine Hülse für die Lagerbehälter (111) mit Konturen versehene Rücken aufweist, um mit der Größe und Gestalt der Lagerbehälter (111) übereinzustimmen.
  14. System nach Anspruch 9, weiter aufweisend ein Pistolenhalfter (205), welches eine Größe und Gestalt hat, um die Pistoleneinrichtung (10) aufzunehmen.
  15. System nach Anspruch 14, bei dem der Sockel (103) eine Frontplatte (108) mit mehreren Öffnungen (116) aufweist, wobei jede der Öffnungen (116) einer der Aufnahmerohre (114) entspricht und eine Größe und Gestalt hat, um die Aufnahmerohre (114) hindurchzuführen.
  16. System nach Anspruch 15, bei dem die Konzentratbehälter (113), die Frontplatten (108), die Saugvorrichtung (40) und die Lagerbehälter (103) einander entsprechende Identifikationseinrichtungen aufweisen.
  17. Verfahren zum Verdünnen und Aufgeben flüssiger Lösungen, mit den Schritten, daß man
    (a) ein erstes Konzentrataufnahmerohr (114) mit einer Pistoleneinrichtung (10) verbindet, wobei die Pistoleneinrichtung (10) aufweist:
    (i) ein Gehäuse (12) mit einem darin liegenden Verdünnungsmitteldurchgang (55), der mit einem druckbeaufschlagten Vorrat (30) für Lösungsmittel verbindbar ist;
    (ii) eine Versperreinrichtung (48) zum Anbringen und Abnehmen der Saugvorrichtung, so daß sie versperrt und im Gehäuse der Pistoleneinrichtung in vorgewählter Lage ausgerichtet ist;
    (iii) eine erste Abdichteinrichtung (64), die an der Saugvorrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei die erste Abdichteinrichtung (64) unter Spannung steht, um den Konzentratkanal der Saugvorrichtung (40) zu bedecken und abzudichten, wenn die Saugvorrichtung (40) von der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) entfernt ist; und
    wobei die Pistoleneinrichtung in Fließverbindung mit einer Wasserversorgung entsteht und ein daran angeordnetes Wassersteuerungsventil (82) aufweist;
    (b) ein Auslaßende (18) der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) in einem Lagerbehälter (111) positioniert; und
    (c) das Wassersteuerungsventil (82) öffnet, um einen konzentrierten chemischen Stoff in die Pistoleneinrichtung (10) über das Aufnahmerohr (114) einzusaugen.
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, weiter aufweisend den Schritt, daß man das erste Konzentrat-Aufnahmerohr (114) von der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) durch Entfernen der ersten Saugeinrichtung (40) trennt und ein zweites Konzentrat-Aufnahmerohr (114) mit der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) verbindet, indem man an der Pistoleneinrichtung (10) eine zweite Saugeinrichtung (40) anbringt, wobei die zweite Saugeinrichtung (40) an dem zweiten Aufnahmerohr (114) angebracht ist.
  19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, weiter aufweisend den Schritt, daß man den Lagerbehälter (111) in die Nähe des Einsatzortes bringt.
