Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung des Nutzungsgrades einer diskontinuierlich arbeitenden Zentrifuge zur Behandlung einer Füllmasse in Form eines Feststoff-Flüssigkeits-Gemisches, insbesondere einer Zuckerzentrifuge, wobei die Füllmasse und über einen Düsenstock eine Waschflüssigkeit, mengenregelbar in die Zentrifugentrommel eingegeben werden, und wobei während des Betriebs die Schichtdicke der sich auf der Trommelwandung ablagernden Feststoffschicht gemessen und in Abhängigkeit von einer vorgebbaren Sollschichtdicke der sich ablagernden Feststoffschicht die Füllmassenzufuhr und anschließend die Zufuhr der Waschflüssigkeitsmenge geregelt wird.
