Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Elektrowerkzeug mit wenigstens einem Bedienelement zu dessen Inbetriebnahme und mit einer Codiervorrichtung nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Aus der DE-OS 37 44 733 ist schon ein Elektrowerkzeug bekannt, das über ein Kabel mit einer Stromversorgungseinrichtung verbunden ist. In dem Verbindungskabel ist eine Codiereinrichtung vorgesehen, die beim Einstecken in die Stromversorgungseinrichtung typische Kenndaten des Elektrowerkzeugs an die Steuerung der Stromversorgungseinrichtung überträgt. Die Steuerung ist dann in der Lage, die an das Elektrowerkzeug zu liefernden Signale vorzugeben. Mit Hilfe dieser Codiervorrichtung können somit unterschiedliche Elektrowerkzeuge an der gleichen Stromversorgungseinrichtung angeschlossen werden, ohne daß sich der Bediener des Elektrowerkzeuges über die notwendigen Ströme und Spannungen Gedanken machen muß. Die unberechtigte Inbetriebnahme des Elektrowerkzeuges ist durch die Codiervorrichtung jedoch nicht beeinflußt, so daß auch jeder unberechtigte Benutzer das Elektrowerkzeug verwenden kann. Da teilweise Elektrowerkzeuge sehr gefährliche Schneidwerkzeuge haben können, ist die unbefugte Benutzung durch jedermann nicht immer erwünscht. Ein weiteres Problem entsteht durch Entwendung von Elektrowerkzeugen insbesondere auf Baustellen, so daß ein nicht unerheblicher Schaden entsteht.The invention relates to an electric tool with at least one control element for starting it up and with a coding device according to the preamble of the main claim. Durch Einstecken dieser elektrischen Karte werden entsprechende Kontakte in der Lesevorrichtung geschlossen. Nur wenn die richtigen Kontakte geschlossen sind, ergibt sich die Freigabe für das Elektrowerkzeug 1. Die elektrische Karte hat den Vorteil, daß sie gegen elektromagnetische Störfelder oder Verschmutzung unempfindlicher ist. Sie ist daher auf Baustellen mit Schmutz- und Staubentwicklung vorteilhaft verwendbar. Auch sind mechanisch strukturierte Karten mit Löchern oder Aussparungen verwendbar. Auch kann sie zur Aufnahme des Umstellers 5 ausgebildet sein, der das Schließen des Schalters 12 verhindert, wenn er abgezogen ist. Die Codevorrichtung 10 enthält vorteilhaft eine Zeitsteuerung, die den Schalter 12 für eine vorgegebene Zeitspanne, einige Minuten oder Stunden nach der letzten Benutzung schließt. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeitspanne wird der Schalter 12 automatisch geöffnet, so daß die Stromzufuhr zum Elektrowerkzeug unterbrochen ist.
