The wall thickness must then be markedly increased, which results in a prolonged processing cycle involving problems with for instance the cooling of the injection moulded material. Due to the fact that the base of the handle and that the lower part of the side of the grip facing the container lacks external wall, the disclosed design can be obtained by injection moulding without waiving for instance manufacturing conditions, stability or ergonomics, neither is speciality equipment required.
  • Discoid reinforcement profiles/gripper profiles according to the present invention which profiles are open and not covered by an external wall, imply furthermore that the hand and its fingers, besides above described advantages, get a better grip.
  • the two principally vertically arranged beams of the handle are, in a preferred embodiment, of different length and the third connecting beam of the handle, the grip, is sloping at an angle to the horizontal plane of 5-45°, preferably 10-20°.
  • the slope to the horizontal plane of the grip of the handle allows the ergonomically most correct position of the hand and its fingers. The natural position of the hand when for instance a wheeled waste container is pushed or pulled is not horizontal.

The thus increased total material thickness will result in manufacturing problems for instance during the cooling of the injection moulded material.

Claims (4)

  1. Handgriff (1), der einen integrierten Bestandteil eines aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellten Abfall-, Transport- oder Lagerbehälters oder dergleichen (2) bildet, wobei der Handgriff (1) zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht angeordnete Balken oder dergleichen (3, 4) umfaßt, die vorzugsweise an ihren unteren Enden (5, 6) durch einen dritten Balken oder dergleichen (9) miteinander verbunden sind, welcher Balken (9) den Griff des Handgriffs (1) darstellt, und die an ihren gegenüberliegenden Enden (7, 8) mit dem Behälter (2) einstückig ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verbindende dritte Balken (9) des Handgriffs (1) mit im wesentlichen senkrecht angeordneten, inneren, verstärkenden, im wesentlichen scheibenförmigen Profilen (12) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Profile (12) in Abständen von 5-10 mm, vorzugsweise 6-8 mm, angeordnet sind, daß es dem verbindenden dritten Balken (9) an seinem Fußteil (19) und an seinem unteren Teil einer Seite (10), die dem Behälter (2) zugewandt ist, an Außenwänden mangelt, und daß die Seite (10) des verbindenden dritten Balkens (9), die dem Behälter (2) zugewandt ist, eine Neigung von 10-30°, vorzugsweise 15-25°, zur senkrechten Ebene aufweist.
  2. Handgriff (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei hauptsächlich senkrecht angeordneten Balken (3, 4) des Handgriffs (1) unterschiedliche Längen haben, und daß sich der verbindende dritte Balken (9) in einem Winkel (13) von 5-45°, vorzugsweise 10-20°, zur horizontalen Ebene neigt.
  3. Handgriff (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Handgriffe (1) paarweise, vorzugsweise benachbart einem oberen Rand (21) eines Behälters (2), angebracht sind, und daß die kürzeren der hauptsächlich senkrecht angeordneten Balken (3, 4) der Handgriffe (1) einander zugewandt sind, womit die verbindenden dritten Balken (9) der Handgriffe (1) aufeinander zu aufwärts schräg stehen.
  4. Handgriff (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (1) einen integrierten Teil eines mit Rädern versehenen Behälters (2) bildet.
