leistenartige Ansätze 56 der Seitenwände 16, 18 greifen. Die
kopfseitige Stirnwand 22 hat ferner in Figur 1 deckend
hintereinander liegende Schlitze 58, durch welche Rastglieder 60
treten, die an die Rückwand 12 einstückig angeformt sind. Jedes
Rastglied 60 hat einen Rastkopf 62, der hinter eine Rastschulter 64
an der Stirnwand 22 greift, wenn diese auf den oberen Stirnrand der
Rückwand 12 geklappt ist.The
Das Heizgerät 10 wird beim Verpacken zunächst so an die Rückwand 12
angelegt, daß die Halteelemente 34 hinter die Querstrebe 36 des
Gerätetragrahmens greifen. Dabei liegt vorzugsweise die Rückwand 12
waagrecht auf einer Unterlage auf. Danach wird die Bodenpufferplatte
24 auf die Unterseite des Heizgerätes 10 lagerichtig aufgesteckt. Im
nächsten Arbeitsgang werden zunächst die bodenseitige Stirnwand 20
und danach die Seitenwände 16, 18 im rechten Winkel zur Vorderwand
14 aufgeklappt, wobei die Vorsprünge 52 an der Stirnwand 20 in die
Schlitze 50 der Seitenwände 16, 18 gelangen. Die Stirnwand 20 kann
sich danach nicht mehr gegen die Vorderwand 14 zurückbewegen. Das so
gefaltete, an einer Stirnseite geschlossene Mantelgebilde wird nun
bei in die Strecklage zur Vorderwand 14 gebrachter kopfseitiger
Stirnwand 22 auf die Rückwand 12 und das Heizgerät 10 in einer Lage
aufgesetzt, in welcher die seitlichen Vorsprünge 48 der Rückwand 12
in die Einführungsbereiche der bayonettartigen Aussparungen 46 der
Seitenwände 16, 18 treten. Danach wird das Mantelgebilde in Richtung
der Längsachse des Heizgerätes 10 verschoben, wobei die Vorsprünge
48 der Rückwand 12 in die Verriegelungsbereiche der bayonettartigen
Aussparungen 46 gelangen. Danach wird die kopfseitige Stirnwand 22
in die Schließlage geklappt, wobei die Rastglieder 60 an der
Rückwand 12 hinter die Rastschultern 64 an der Stirnwand 22 greifen
und diese gegen ungewolltes Lösen in der Schließlage festhalten. In
dieser Lage hält die Stirnwand 22 durch ihre Randleisten 54 die
Seitenwände 16, 18 in der aufgeklappten Stellung zusätzlich fest,
wodurch sich im Zusammenwirken mit den anderen Halteeingriffen an
den Seiten- und Stirnwänden eine geschlossene, transportfeste
Ummantelung des Heizgerätes 10 ergibt. Die Bodenpufferplatte 24 ist
so bemessen, daß sie in der geschlossenen Ummantelung praktisch
spiellos festgehalten ist.The

Claims (12)
