In this position force transmission from the operating axis 6 to the latch bolt 4 is impossible and the bolt 4 can be withdrawn only by first moving the dead bolt 3 from the operating axis 5 into its withdrawn position as shown in Figure 2.

Movement of the force transmission piece 16 into the position shown in Figure 1 to disconnect force transmission from the axis 6 can be accomplished in some other way, for instance by means of a spring. A positively guided operation, however, appears to provide a functionally more secure solution. Movement of the latch bolt 4 into its protruding position is conventionally accomplished by means of a spring (not shown).

Claims (5)
- Schloßmechanismus, mit einem Schloßkörper (1), der einen Riegel (3) trägt, der über eine Kraftübertragungseinrichtung von einer ersten Betätigungsachse (5) betätigt wird, an der eine schlüsselbetriebene Vorrichtung angebracht werden kann, um ihn zwischen einer vorstehenden Sperrstellung und einer zurückgezogenen Offen-Stellung zu bewegen, und eine Falle (4), die mittels eines Mitnehmers (11) von einer zweiten Betätigungsachse (6) betätigt wird, an der zumindest eine drehbare Klinke, ein Knauf oder dergleichen angebracht werden kann, wobei die Kraftübertragung von dem Mitnehmer (11) auf die Falle (4) durch ein Kraftübertragungsstück (16) erfolgt, das am Schloßkörper beweglich gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftübertragungseinrichtung für den Riegel (3) ein Kraftübertragungselement (7) umfaßt, das relativ zur ersten Betätigungsachse (5) beweglich ist und in kraftübertragendem Eingriff mit dem Kraftübertragungsstück (16) angeordnet ist, so daß die Bewegung des Kraftübertragungselementes (7) den Riegel (3) in seine vorstehende Sperrstellung zwingt, und gleichzeitig das Kraftübertragungsstück (16) in eine Stellung bewegt, in der die kraftübertragende Verbindung von dem Mitnehmer (11) auf die Falle (4), die erforderlich ist, um letztere zu bewegen, nicht länger hergestellt werden kann. - Schloßmechanismus gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kraftübertragungsstück (16) plattenförmig und so gelagert ist, daß es um dieselbe Achse (8) wie das Kraftübertragungselement (7) dreht. - Schloßmechanismus gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungen des Kraftübertragungsstückes (16) durch das Kraftübertragungselement (7) zwangsgeführt sind. - Schloßmechanismus gemäß Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kraftübertragungselement (7) mit einer Führungsoberfläche (7e) versehen ist, die sich in der Richtung einer Drehachse des Kraftübertragungselementes (7) erstreckt und auf eine bogenförmige Führungsoberfläche (16b) wirkt, die auf dem Kraftübertragungsstück (16) vorgesehen ist. - Schloßmechanismus gemäß Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsoberfläche (7e) auf einem Vorsprung (7d) des Übertragungselementes (7) ausgebildet ist.
