Description
- The present descriptive memory refers to an invention patent, related to a dismountable ring carrier of interchangeable pieces, applicable to jewellery and imitation jewellery, which purpose obviously is to allow the use of such ring as a unit, carrying different ornaments, being able to be combined in its external ornamental work, and at the same time to be adapted on its central area different rings in which different ornamental works are appreciated, including the solitaires.
- This invention is applied within the jewellery industrial sector.
- At present there is some knowledge about the existence within the jewellery and imitation jewellery industry of rings, formed by hoops which have in an area of their surface, a restrained and fixation link, allowing the application of different ornamental pieces, always remaining located on the same area, and allowing the interchange of gems or imitations thereof, for which they have available as it has been stated above, the rings of a fixation area, which act in collaboration with some jewel settings fixed to the proper ornamental piece, making the ornamental pieces to be retained and properly fixed.
- Nevertheless, at least as far as the applicant is concerned, there is no knowledge of the existence of rings formed by two complementary pieces, which may have the possibility of carrying on the surface or linking area of both pieces a complementary ring, ornamented in any way, even as a solitaire ring, and at the same time each of the pieces may have their own ornamental work, being also able to combine the complementary pieces and to arrange each of them in different ornamental work.
- The dismountable ring carrier of the interchangeable pieces, applicable to jewellery and imitation jewellery proposed by the invention, constitutes by itself an evident novelty within the field to which it is incorporated, since starting from it, the user of one of these rings, can have the possibility of alternating or combining thereof with different complementary rings, promoting even more if it is possible the own ornamental work carried out by himself, being the user consequently empowered to alternate and incorporate complementary rings that promote even more if possible the viscosity of the main ring in the strict sense, which is formed by two complementary bodies acting jointly in harmony.
- In a more precise way, the dismountable ring carrier of the interchangeable pieces, applicable to jewellery and imitation jewellery object of this invention is formed starting from two annular bodies, which have a totally smooth internal area, and an external area provided with a perimetric groove, which is subsequently intended to be used as fixation area for different gemmaries, consequently forming an ornamental work area.
- The pieces have a practically identical external configuration, with the exception of having an emergent annular area of lower sensible thickness, one of them presenting a plurality of deformations, intended to allow the restrained and later fixation of the complementary piece, which has a winged emergent area provided with some ribs or stubs that act as fixation links when they are incorporated to the deformations or grooves existing in the opposite piece, consequently acting as fixation element "bayonet" type.
- Obviously, these complementary winged areas have, once they are joined together, an external upper area totally smooth, and consequently allowing to be placed on it a ring of any external configuration, which acts as ornamental complementary element and at the same time hides the fixation area of both pieces.
- One of the pieces which forms the ring, specifically the carrier of the deformations in which the stubs of the opposite piece are incorporated, has a small groove which present its insertion by its external area, this groove is intended to fix and immobilized a piece or ring which externally carries a solitaire, which has in the opposite fixation area of the stone a small stub that is incorporated to the above mentioned groove, being the solitaire ring consequently immobilized and presenting in every moment its ornamental area in the upper part.
- Optionally, the complementary pieces which form the ring may have emerging winged areas provided with helicoidal threaded areas, obviously being one complementary to the other, that is, one carrying the threading in the winged area or helicoidal grooves in their internal faces, while the opposite one has the threading in the external faces acting in a similar way to the one previously described.
- Similarly, in an optional embodiment, the winged area may have various crevices provided with a strangling in the external area, intended to allow the passage and later fixation of semispherical small stubs located in the external face of the opposite complementary piece, remaining both pieces joined in this way.
- It is also possible to act in the same configuration and usage of the characteristics of the ring object of the invention, eliminating the winged areas externally grooved or provided with the perimetric crevice, then acting the ring without loosing its own characteristics, as an ornamental element carrier of marginal rings provided with its own ornamental work.
- In order to complement the description which is being accomplished and with the purpose of a better understanding of the invention characteristics, the present descriptive memory is accompanied as integrated part thereof, by three drawing sheets, in which with an illustrative and not limiting character are represented as follows:
- Figure number 1.- Shows a view of the whole group of pieces which may form the dismountable ring carrier of interchangeable pieces, applicable to jewellery and imitation jewellery object of the invention.
- Figure number 2.- Shows a second embodiment of the object represented in
Figure number 1, without altering the own characteristics thereof. - Figure number 3.- Shows in the same way as the object represented in Figure number 2, a third embodiment of the object represented in
Figure number 1. - Figure number 4.- Shows a view in perspective of the object of the invention, in which the external areas have been eliminated provided with a perimetric crevice, without altering the characteristics thereof.
- Figure number 5.- Shows a lateral elevation view duly sectioned of the object of the invention represented in the Figure 1, 2 and 3, carrying an ornamental ring in all the external area of the unit.
- Figure number 6.- Finally it shows a lateral elevation view duly sectioned of the object of the invention represented in the above mentioned Figures, carrying a ring in which a solitaire has been incorporated.
- As Figure 1 shows, it can be verified that the dismountable ring carrier of the interchangeable pieces, applicable to jewellery and imitation jewellery, is constituted starting from two pieces practically identical (20) and (30), having both pieces an external perimetric groove (21) and (31) respectively.
- The piece (20), has a winged emergence in one of its lateral faces (22), in which different deformations have been produced (23), configurating a fixation area or linking element of "bayonet" type, in which some stubs (33) are fixed located in the winged area (32) of the piece (30), both pieces remaining joined by a small rotation produced when the piece (30) is confronted to the openings which present the deformations (23), and when rotating they stay closely joined, having an upper winged area configured in this specific case represented in Figure 1, as a third groove on which an annular body (40) can be incorporated conveniently ornamented and which can be rotated on the surface formed by the winged areas (22) and (32), being the elements (20) and (30) conveniently joined.
- Similarly in an optional way a ring (50) can be incorporated carrying on its surface some fixation gemmery links (51), which has in the internal area and a stub (52) located in the opposite area to the furnitures (51), intended to be anchored in the crevice (24) carried by the winged area (22) of the ring (20), consequently avoiding that the annular body (50) rotates on the surface formed by the winged areas (22) and (32) remaining fixed in a irremovable way in a predetermined position.
- In Figure number 2, it can be seen a second embodiment of the invention represented in
Figure number 1, in which the complementary annular bodies (20) and (30) have identical grooves (21) and (31), intended for the purpose mentioned above and equally having both pieces (20) and (30) of some winged emergences, one of which specifically number (22) which originates from the ring (20) has an internal helicoidal threading (25), while in the annular body (30) the winged emergence has an external helicoidal threading (34), with the object of allowing that the helicoidal threadings (25) and (34) permit the linking of the pieces (20) and (30). - In Figure number 3, it is appreciated the way in which the complementary rings (20) and (30) represented in different embodiments in Figures 1 and 2, have identical external configuration, showing a perimetric groove (21) and (31) and having winged areas (22) and (32), appreciating the existence on the surface of the winged area (22) of different openings (26), the circular plant that has a gorge or opening which communicates the internal area with the outside, consequently allowing that the stubs (35) which practically adopt the spherical configuration located harmonically on the surface of the emergent annular band (32), restrain in the openings (26) allowing consequently the fixation of both pieces (20) and (30), and at the same time permitting in the represented embodiment in Figure 2 and in Figure 3, the location of the complementary rings on the surface formed by the annular bands (22) and (32) emerging from the main bodies.
- Finally, in Figure number 4, it can be appreciated the way in which without altering the characteristic of the pieces (20) and (30), the annular areas provided with perimetric grooves have been eliminated in this embodiment, configurating both pieces (20') and (30'), showing all the characteristics pointed out or described in the previous embodiments, but in the present case, a similar object has been graphically represented in its way of linking to the object represented in
Figure number 1. - Figure number 5, shows the way in which the ring formed by the linking of the pieces (20) and (30) carries on the surface formed by the winged areas used for its joining, a complementary ring (40) or in Figure number 6 which has a solitaire (51), fixed in the joining area of the bodies (20) and (30) by the stub (52) restrained in the crevice (24).
- It is not consider as necessary to make more extensive this description so that any expert in the subject may be able to understand the scope of the invention and the advantages derived thereof.
- The materials, shape, size and disposition of the elements will be susceptible of changing provided that this does not suppose any alteration to the essential part of the invention.
- The terms in which this memory is described should be always taken with broad and not limiting character.
