Aus dem DE-GM 86 33 613 ist ein vielpoliges, quaderförmiges Anschlußmodul mit raster- oder reihenförmig angeordneten parallelen Leitern bekannt, deren an den einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten des Moduls austretende Endabschnitte als Anschlußelemente für Verdrahtungen ausgebildet sind. Derartige Anschlußmodule finden in Schränken der Automatisierungstechnik Anwendung. An der Schrankvorderseite werden die Signalkabel auf den vorderen Endabschnitten der elektrischen Leiter aufgelegt. Diese leiten die Signale zur Schrankrückseite weiter, auf der sie durch eine Verdrahtung zwischen den an der Rückseite austretenden Endabschnitten und Anschlußelementen, die sich auf der Rückseite von Baugruppenträgern befinden, zu einer Auswertungselektronik geführt werden. Auf der Stirnseite 10 sind die Anschlußelemente in einem Rasterabstand von 7,62 mm angeordnet, d. h., der Abstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Anschlußelementen 12 und 14 beträgt 7,62 mm. Dagegen sind die Anschlußelemente auf der Stirnseite 11 in einem Rasterabstand von 5,08 mm plaziert. In Figur 1 ist deutlich sichtbar, daß aufgrund des geringeren Rasterabstandes auf der Stirnseite 11 für den Bereich der Anschlußelemente wesentlich weniger Platz benötigt wird. Dieser kann nun in anderer Weise genutzt werden, beispielsweise zur Plazierung von Stromschienen oder für ein weiteres Anschlußfeld, das durch eine Leiterplatte mit eingepreßten Anschlußstiften realisiert ist. In den Abschlußplatten 7 und 8 kann spritztechnisch auf kostengünstige Weise eine Beschriftung der einzelnen Anschlußelemente angebracht werden. Die Befestigung des Anschlußmoduls in einem Schrank der Automatisierungstechnik erfolgt über je zwei Haken 15 und 16 bzw. 17 und 18, die an einer Seite im Bereich der Ecken der äußeren Gehäuseteile 1 und 4 angeordnet sind. Diese werden in entsprechend vorgestanzte Löcher in einem dünnwandigen Träger des Schranks eingehängt. An den Gehäuseteilen 1 ... 4 angespritzte Federelemente 19 und 20 dienen zu einem Toleranzausgleich der Blechdicke und ermöglichen es, das Anschlußmodul in verschiedenen Blechen mit geringfügig voneinander abweichenden Blechdicken einzuhängen.
