Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein durch Blasformgebung aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff geformtes Faß mit Faßmantel, angeformtem Faßboden, angeformtem Faßdeckel, Lüftungsspundausbildung sowie Befüll- und Entleerungsspundausbildung, wobei die Spundausbildungen im Faßdeckel angeordnet sind. - Es versteht sich, daß die Lüftungsspundausbildung und die Befull- und Entleerungsspundausbildung mit entsprechenden Spunddeckeln und/oder Spundventilen versehen sind.The invention relates to a barrel formed by blow molding from thermoplastic material with barrel jacket, molded barrel bottom, molded barrel cover, ventilation bung formation and filling and emptying bung formation, the bung formation being arranged in the barrel cover. - It goes without saying that the ventilation bung training and the filling and emptying bung training are provided with appropriate bung caps and / or bung valves.

DE 37 07 724 A1, DE-GM 87 05 915). Die insoweit bekannten Maßnahmen sind, insbesondere für eine Massenproduktion, in fertigungstechnischer Hinsicht aufwendig und in bezug auf das sog. Vollentleerungsverhalten verbesserungsfähig. Bei einer anderen bekannten Ausführungsform (vgl. DE 39 28 324 A1) überragen die Spundausbildungen das Niveau des Faßdeckels nach oben hin. An den Faßboden und an den Faßdeckel sind im Übergangsbereich zwischen Faßboden und Faßdeckel einerseits und Faßmantel andererseits mit freiem Rand nach oben hin überstehende Handlingringe angeformt. Sie stützen auch die Spundausbildungen. Befüll- und Entleerungsspundausbildung,
wobei die Spundausbildungen im Faßdeckel angeordnet sind und wobei die folgenden Merkmale verwirklicht sind:
- a) Die Spundausbildungen überragen das Niveau des Faßdeckels nach oben hin,
- b) unterhalb der Befüll- und Enleerungsspundausbildung befindet sich im Faßboden eine Vertiefung,
- c) im Bereich des Faßdeckels ist an den Faßmantel ein im Querschnitt L-förmiger Handlingring angeschlossen,
- d) im Bereich des Faßbodens ist an den Faßmantel ein im Querschnitt L-förmiger Handlingring angeschlossen,

Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, daß die Fertigung eines Fasses des eingangs beschriebenen grundsätzlichen Aufbaus durch Blasformgebung beachtlich vereinfacht werden kann, wenn die Handlingringe nicht im Wege der Blasformgebung angeformt, sondern als selbständige Bauteile ausgeführt und nachträglich mit dem blasgeformten Faßkörper verbunden sind. Die Verbindung kann formschlüssig durch entsprechende Formschlußelemente oder auch stoffschlüssig durch Verschweißen erfolgen.
