- la figure 1 est une vue de dessus schématique d'une installation conforme à l'invention, des bascules et des dispositifs de remplissage ayant été représentés de façon très schématique ou supprimés pour la clarté du dessin ; et
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique partielle de l'installation, selon la ligne A-A de la figure 1.
Claims (4)
- Installation de remplissage de récipients destinés à contenir un fluide, notamment des bouteilles de gaz (B1 ... Bx), comprenant un carrousel (4) monté rotatif, des bascules (C1 ... C12) prévues sur le carrousel pour peser les récipients et auxquelles sont associés des dispositifs de remplissage (D1 ... D12) destinés à introduire du fluide dans les récipients en cours de pesée, une unité centrale de commande (7) apte à emmagasiner des informations représentatives d'un élément d'identification des récipients, ces informations étant recueillies à partir d'un poste de contrôle (P) dans lequel les récipients défilent les uns après les autres avant d'être placés sur les bascules, et étant classées dans l'unité centrale de commande dans l'ordre du défilement des récipients, des moyens de transmission prévus entre l'unité de commande (7) et le carrousel (4) pour transmettre les informations aux bascules, dans leur ordre de classement dans l'unité de commande, et des moyens de gestion (G1 ... G12) associés aux bascules (C1 ... C12) et aptes à commander les dispositifs de remplissage afin que ceux-ci introduisent dans les récipients des quantités de fluide prédéterminées fixées par les bascules à partir des éléments d'identification desdits récipients, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un moyen de gestion (G1 ... G12) par bascule (C1 ... C12) et en ce que les moyens de transmission sont constitués par un émetteur fixe (E) relié à l'unité de commande (7) et adjacent à la périphérie du carrousel (4), et par des récepteurs mobiles (R1 ... R12) disposés sur le carrousel de manière à venir les uns après les autres devant l'émetteur (E) pendant la rotation du carrousel, chaque récepteur étant associé à une bascule et recevant, lorsqu'il vient devant l'émetteur (E), l'information représentative de l'élément d'identification du récipient reposant sur ladite bascule.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lorsque les récipients (B1 ... Bx) portent de manière lisible la mention de leur poids brut ou de leur tare, l'unité centrale (7) comprend un tabulateur (8) par l'intermédiaire duquel un opérateur est apte à enregistrer, après lecture, les informations représentatives des poids bruts ou des tares qui constituent les éléments d'identification des récipients.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lorsque les récipients (B1 ... Bx) portent la mention de leur poids ou de leur tare sous la forme de codes-barres, ladite installation comprend un lecteur de codes-barres (9) situé dans le poste de contrôle (P) et devant lequel défilent les codes-barres des récipients entraínés vers les bascules, ce lecteur étant relié à l'unité centrale (7) et apte à transférer dans celle-ci les informations représentatives des poids bruts ou des tares qui constituent les éléments d'identification des récipients.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un détecteur de reste (10) conçu pour déterminer la quantité de fluide restant dans les récipients (B1 ... Bx) entraínés vers les bascules, ce détecteur étant relié à l'unité centrale (7) et apte à transférer dans celle-ci les informations représentatives des quantités restantes de fluide qui constituent les éléments d'identification des récipients.
