Fixing of the block 13 takes place by means of a pin 16 that is at least partially threaded and has an intermediate raised ring. One end of the threaded pin 16 is inserted from the inside into a hole 18 in the block 13, while the other end passes through a counter plate 14, provided with a through hole 19 for this purpose. In this way, by screwing a nut 20 onto the threaded pin 16 from the inside, the block 13 is securely locked onto the bar 5, as shown in Figure 5.
