Description
Claims (16)
- Boítier de tore du genre formé de deux coquilles (16, 16') qui, dûment affrontées et solidarisées l'une à l'autre, forment conjointement, d'une part, un volume annulaire (18), pour le logement d'un tore (10), et, d'autre part, pour le bobinage d'au moins un fil électrique, un passage central (19) et, parallèlement à ce passage central (19), à distance de celui-ci, et à distance les uns des autres, plusieurs passages latéraux (20), caractérisé en ce que, les coquilles (16, 16') présentant sur leur plan de joint (P) des moyens d'emboítement complémentaires, lesdits moyens d'emboítement comportent au moins un bossage (B1, B2) en saillie sur ce plan de joint (P) et un évidement (E1, E2) en creux sur celui-ci, et les passages latéraux (20) sont établis à la faveur de ces moyens d'emboítement.
- Boítier de tore suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les passages latéraux (20) se répartissent annulairement en deux zones (Z1, Z2), à savoir une zone (Z1) proche du passage central (19), et une zone (Z2) éloignée de celui-ci.
- Boítier de tore suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les nombres de passages latéraux (20) par zone (Z1, Z2) sont différents.
- Boítier de tore suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les passages latéraux (20) s'étendent dans l'épaisseur même de la paroi des coquilles (16, 16').
- Boítier de tore suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour les passages latéraux (20) de la zone (Z1) proche du passage central (19), un même bossage (B1), allongé circulairement, regroupe au moins deux passages latéraux (20).
- Boítier de tore suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour les passages latéraux (20) de la zone (Z2) éloignée du passage central (19), un même bossage (B2) ne correspond qu'à un seul passage latéral (20).
- Boítier de tore suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'emboítement complémentaires intervenant entre les deux coquilles (16, 16') ne s'étendent que sur une fraction de la hauteur de celles-ci.
- Boítier de tore suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'arête du débouché à l'extérieur des passages latéraux (20) est adoucie par un arrondi (28) à chacune de leurs extrémités.
- Boítier de tore suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les coquilles (16, 16') présentent chacune en saillie à leur dos des ailettes de séparation (29) qui rayonnent en étoile à partir du passage central (19).
- Boítier de tore suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les coquilles (16, 16') présentent chacune en saillie à leur dos, de place en place le long de leur périphérie, des cloisons de séparation (31).
- Boítier de tore suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, entre les coquilles (16, 16'), des moyens d'encliquetage (32, 34).
- Boítier de tore suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les deux coquilles (16, 16') sont identiques l'une à l'autre.
- Tore bobiné du genre comportant au moins un enroulement (12A, 12B) de fil électrique (14A, 14B) autour du boítier de tore (11) dans lequel il est logé, caractérisé en ce que ce boítier de tore (11) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
- Tore bobiné suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le fil électrique (14A, 14B) est un fil électrique souple et nu ou faiblement isolé.
- Tore bobiné suivant la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le fil électrique (14A, 14B) est une tresse.
- Tore bobiné suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 14,15, caractérisé en ce que seuls les passages latéraux (20) que forme le boítier de tore (11) sont mis à profit pour l'enroulement (12A, 12B) du fil électrique (14A, 14B).
