Nach Einlegen des Hohlprofilteiles 1 und der Einstellung der Höhe der Wiederlageeinsätze 9,10 durch Verschieben an den schienenförmigen Teilen 25 (Fig.2) wird der Widerlageblock mit Hilfe eines Vorschubzylinders (nicht dargestellt) in Richtung Profilteil 1 gefahren. Dabei möge zunächst der Widerlageeinsatz 9 gegen die erste Anlagefläche des Profiles 1 stoßen. Der Widerlageblock 6 fährt dann solange weiter, bis der zweite Widerlageeinsatz 10 sich dem Versatz des Profiles 1 anpaßt und an der zweiten Anlagefläche des Profilrahmens anliegt. Der Widerlageblock 6 wird anschließend verriegelt, und der Stanzvorgang kann ausgelöst werden.

Claims (8)
