Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à des séquences d'ADN codant un nouveau polypeptide de molécule d'adhésion intercellulaire humain (appelé 'ICAM-R') et des variantes de ce polypeptide, ainsi que des procédés et des substances destinés à sa production par des procédés de recombinaison. Des molecules de liaison spécifiques d'ICAM-R et des variantes sont également décrites, lesquelles peuvent être utilisées pour l'isolation d'ICAM-R à partir de sources cellulaires naturelles et pour la modulation d'activités biologiques de liaison ligand/récepteur d'ICAM-R.
