- the sturdy plastic bag is sealed airtight by a hand clamp, and is placed beside the apparatus; it is not necessary to remove it immediately, for since these bags are completely impermeable, their contents are isolated from the environment. Filled bags are collected by ordinary trucks, fewer in number than today's special vehicles, which are costly to produce and pollute the air.
- the apparatus itself, as well as the "packaged" refuse, is completely impermeable, thus safeguarding the cleanliness of the city and the health of its citizens. These devices will be placed on the sidewalks, either singly or in groups; they take up little room, and will neither be obstacles to traffic flow nor occupy parking places.
- sanitation will not be dependent solely upon municipal employees, but upon the residents of the city as well, for this device is extremely simple to use. This means that in case of a strike, or on weekends and public holidays, there will be no danger to public health from contamination and offensive odour, for refuse can be compressed, packaged and sealed by the ordinary citizen.

Claims (8)
- Der Verdichtungsraum für Müll beinhaltet :• den Verdichtungsraum für Müll (1),• das Verdichtungsgerät (5), das sich am oberen Endes des Verdichtungsraums befindet,• die Verdichtungsplatte (6), die mit dem Kolben des Verdichtungsraums verbunden ist,• Stützfüße (4) zur Stützung des Verdichtungsgeräts, gekennzeichnet durch:• daß das Verdichtungsgerät (5) und der Verdichtungsraum (1) ein einheitliches Gerät ist,• daß der Verdichtungsraum (1) mit einer «inlet»-Öffnung (2) ausgeruestet ist,• daß der Verdichtungsraum (1) einen unteren Teil (3) hat, der zur Müllaufladung dient,• daß das einheitliche Gerät sich auf die Stützfüße (4) stützt.
- Verdichtungsraum, gemäß Anspruch 1, der einen oberen Teil hat (1), das entfernt werden kann, um das System zu überprüfen.
- Verdichtungsraum, gemäß Anspruch 1, mit einer hydraulischen oder mechanischen oder Luft-Presse, die durch Elektrizität oder mit einer Kombination der erwähnten Charakteristika betrieben wird.
- Verdichtungsraum, gemäß Anspruch 1, der einen unteren Teil (3) hat, das verdichtet ist und nach außen mittels starken Mikromechanismen geöffnet werden kann, so daß im Inneren des Verdichtungsraums die spezielle Plastiktüte zum Verarbeitungsprozeß aufgenommen werden kann.
- Verdichtungsraum, gemäß Anspruch 1, der ein dichtes Fenster (2) hat, das mit Hilfe von Mikromechanismen nach außen geöffnet werden kann.
- Verdichtungsraum, gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem der Kolben der Presse (5) einen ultimalen Arbeitsweg hat, der durch die Länge und den Müllwiderstand festgelegt wird, während die Kraft auf den Müll durch die Verdichtungsplatte (6) ausgeübt wird, die mit dem unteren Kolbenende (5) verbunden ist.
- Verdichtungsraum, gemäß Anspruch 1, der Stützfüße (4) von einer solchen Höhe hat, daß für die Plastiktüte Platz bleibt, während die Stützfüße durch ein Erhöhungssystem ersetzt werden können.
- Verdichtungsraum, gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem das Fenster (2) und der untere Teil (3) des Verdichtungsraums (1) mit einem automatischen Zünder zum einfacheren Gebrauch verbunden werden können.
