- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the composition comprises an agent based on silica which improves the thixotropy of the said vehicle.
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the active substance is in powder form.
- Device according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the active substance is an antifungal agent, in particular one which is based on econazole.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is of the two-compartment type.

- Sprayable composition according to Claim 7, consisting in percentage by weight of:80 to 90% of hexamethyldisiloxane,0.1 to 5% of therapeutic or cosmetic substance,0 to 10% of agent improving the thixotropy, preferably at least 1%, and0 to 20% of fillers or additives, preferably at least 5%.
- Cosmetic treatment process for the skin, characterized in that an effective dose of an active substance is applied to an area of the skin using a device according to one of Claims 1 to 6.
