Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Kontrollieren eines Laufkrans (1), der ein Gestell umfaßt, das aus zwei über wenigstens einen Balken (8, 9) mit einander verbundenen Stürzen (4, 5) besteht, wobei der genannte Laufkran (1) geeignet ist, gemäß einer Translationsbewegung entlang Rollbahnsträngen (2, 3) bewegt zu werden, auf dem Hebemittel (13) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßtypische Parameter des genannten Rollkrans (1), die das Bild der Kräfte, der Verformungen und des Energieverbrauchs zu einem gegebenen Zeitpunkt geben, aufgezeichnet werden, indem wenigstens die Beanspruchungen in den Stürzen (4, 5), die Verformungen auf einer waagerechten und senkrechten Ebene des Winkels zwischen dem Balken (8 und 9) und den Stürzen (4, 5) und die Stromstärke der Antriebsmotoren (7) für die Stürze (4, 5) gemessen werden,wenigstens diegleichen Parameter in der aktiven Phase, wenn der Laufkran (1) bestimmte Lasten trägt, gemessen werden,eine Korrelation zwischen diesen Meßwerten festgelegt wird,mit dieser Korrelation das Ergebnis der Meßungen in der aktiven Phase verglichen wird, um die zeitlichen, objektiven Abweichungen der Parameter aufzuzeichnen.
- Kontrollverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßungen in der aktiven Phase während der Beschleunigungen und der Verlangsamungen des Laufkrans (1) durchgeführt werden.
- Kontrollverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine graphische Darstellung der zeitlichen Änderungen der gemessenen Parameter und eine Wahl von Bezugsereignissen in diesen Kurven vorgesehen sind.
- Kontrollverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Speicherung der gemessenen Daten vorgesehen ist, um die zeitliche Änderung der Parameter gemäß einer bestimmten Sequenz zu beobachten.
- Vorrichtung zur Anwendung des Verfahrens zur Kontrolle eines Laufkrans (1), der ein Gestell umfaßt, das aus zwei über wenigstens einen Balken (8, 9) mit einander verbundenen Stürzen (4, 5) besteht, wobei der genannte Laufkran (1) geeignet ist, gemäß einer Translationsbewegung entlang Rollbahnsträngen (2, 3) bewegt zu werden, auf dem Hebemittel (13) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie umfaßt:Mittel zum Aufzeichnen der typischen Parameter der beweglichen Maschine, die das Bild der Kräfte, der Verformungen und des Energieverbrauchs zu einem gegebenen Zeitpunkt geben, die wenigstens die Beanspruchungen in den Stürzen (4, 5), die Verformungen auf einer waagerechten und senkrechten Ebene des Winkels zwischen dem Balken (8 und 9) und den Stürzen (4, 5) und die Stromstärke der Antriebsmotoren (7) der Stürze (4, 5) messen,Verarbeitungsmittel (18), um eine Korrelation zwischen diesen Meßwerten festzulegen und mit dieser Korrelation das Ergebnis der Meßungen in der aktiven Phase zu vergleichen, sodaß die zeitlichen, objektiven Abweichungen der Parameter aufgezeichnet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verarbeitungsmittel (18) aus wenigstens einem Speicher bestehen, der Rechnermitteln zugeordnet ist, die mit Datenanzeige- und Verwaltungsmitteln verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Dehnungsmeßstreifen (15) umfaßt, um die Änderungen der Beanspruchungen festzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einem Laser zugeordnete Photozellen (16) umfaßt, um die Verformungen zu bestimmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Stromanlegezangen 17 umfaßt, um die Stromstärkeänderungen der Motoren (7) zu bestimmen.
