Claims (8)

Schmierölkreislauf für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Saugpumpe im Schmierölvorrat einer Ölwanne zur Schmierölversorgung von Schmierstellen der Brennkraftmaschine über eine Förderleitung, mit einer ventilgesteuerten Nachfülleinrichtung zur Ergänzung des in der Ölwanne vorhandenen Schmierölvorrats aus einem einen Zusatzölvorrat enthaltenden Zusatzölbehälter mit einer zwischen Ölwanne und Zusatzbehälter vorgesehenen Druckölzuführleitung und einer ein Druckventil aufweisenden Nachfülleitung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der von der Förderleitung (5) abzweigenden Druckölzuführleitung (7) ein von einem Ölstandsgeber (A) bei Erreichen eines maximalen Ölstands in der Ölwanne (4) ansteuerbares Magnetventil zur Freigabe der Strömungsverbindung zum Zusatzölbehälter (8) vorgesehen ist und daß bei Erreichen eines minimalen Ölstandes oder in Abhängigkeit von der Zeit die Strömungsverbindung durch das in Schließstellung überführbare Magnetventil (9) aufhebbar ist, und daß das Druckventil in beiden Stellungen des Magnetventiles (9) auf Durchflußstellung in der zur Ölwanne (4) führenden Nachfülleitung (10) geschaltet und beim Stillsetzen der Brennkraftmaschine in eine den Ölfluß zur Ölwanne sperrende Stellung einrückbar ist.

daß in der von der Förderleitung (5) abzweigenden Druckölzuführleitung (7) ein zeitabhängig arbeitendes Magnetventil (20) vorgesehen ist, das einerseits mit einem ölstandsabhängig arbeitenden Magnetventil (21) zur Wegesteuerung der Strömungsverbindung zum Zusatzbehälter (8) oder direkt zur Nachfülleitung (10) und andererseits mit einem druckbeaufschlagbaren federbelasteten Verdrängerkolben (22) zusammenwirkt, durch den aus dem Zusatzbehälter (8) über ein Rückschlagventil (23) entnommenes Zusatzöl durch die Nachfülleitung (10) in die Ölwanne (4) förderbar ist.

daß beide Magnetventile als 3/2-Wegeventil (20,21) ausgebildet sind und bei eingerückter Arbeitsstellung des ersten 3/2-Wegeventiles (20) durch den in einem Zylinder (25) längsverschiebbar geführten Verdrängerkolben (22) verdrängtes Zusatzöl in die Ölwanne (4) förderbar ist, jedoch bei Ruhestellung des ersten 3/2-Wegeventiles (20) und Kolbendruckentlastung Motoröl über das zweite 3/2-Wegeventil (21) entweder über eine Nachfüllhilfsleitung (28) in die Ölwanne (4) oder über eine Austauschleitung (27) in den Zusatzölbehälter (8) leitbar ist.

daß in der von der Förderleitung (5) abzweigenden Druckölzuführleitung (7) ein von einem Ölstandsgeber (A) bei Unterschreiten eines definierten Ölstands in der Ölwanne (4) ansteuerbares Magnetventil sowie ein stromab von diesem liegenden Hydromotor (30) vorgesehen ist, durch den eine in der Nachfülleitung (10) angeordnete Ölpumpe (32) bei in Arbeitsstellung eingerücktem Magnetventil antreibbar ist, wobei die Förderleistung der Ölpumpe (32) größer ist der Volumenölstrom durch den Hydromotor (30).
