Abstract

Starting from a deliberate assembly of a sensory element and a valve incorporated in the gas pipe with connection to the electric circuit, the invention consists in triggering without any manual intervention of its user the gas burner of a professional type gas cooker by the simple positioning of a pan, casserole or pot on the burner.
