Claims (17)

  1. Selbstklebendes Etikett (250), welches aufweist: einen selbstklebenden Trägerstreifen (270), der auf einer Unterlage von Abziehmaterial (252) getragen wird, ein Faltblatt (258), das auf dem Trägerstreifen (270) angeordnet ist, wobei das Faltblatt (258) ein oberes Feld mit einem Falzrand, an dem das obere Feld mit einem unteren Feld des Blattes verbunden ist, und einen gegenüberliegenden freien Außenrand (274) aufweist, wobei der Falzrand über dem Trägerstreifen (270) angeordnet ist, sowie ein selbstklebendes Schichtmaterial (254), welches das obere Feld überdeckt und sich über den Falzrand erstreckt, um einen Endteil desselben zu bilden, der am Trägerstreifen (270) klebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der freie Außenrand über den Trägerstreifen hinaus und über die Unterlage aus Abziehmaterial erstreckt, und daß der freie Außenrand (234) neben dem Abziehmaterial (252) lösbar gehalten wird, um dadurch das Blatt (258) in seinem gefalteten Zustand zu halten.
  2. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach Anspruch 1, welches wenigstens ein weiteres Feld aufweist, das zwischen dem oberen und unteren Feld angeordnet ist.
  3. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die Seiten des Etiketts zwischen dem Falzrand und dem freien Außenrand (274) aus zusammenfallenden Rändern des Schichtmaterials (254), des Faltblattes (258) und des Trägerstreifens (270) bestehen.
  4. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei welchem der Endteil des Schichtmaterials (254) und der darunterliegende Teil des Trägerstreifens (270), an welchem das Schichtmaterial (254) angeklebt ist, die gleiche Ausdehnung besitzt.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Folge von selbstklebenden Etiketten (250) auf einem StĂĽck Abziehmaterials (252), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaĂźt:
    (a) Vorbereiten einer Folge von selbstklebenden Trägerstreifen (270), die von einem Stück Abziehmaterials (252) getragen werden;
    (b) Aufbringen einer Folge von Faltblättern (258) auf die Folge von Trägerstreifen (270), wobei jedes Faltblatt (258) ein oberes Feld enthält, das mit einem unteren Feld durch einen Falzrand verbunden ist, jedes Blatt so aufgebracht wird, daß der Falzrand über dem Trägerstreifen (270) und einem freien Außenrand (274) des oberen Feldes angeordnet ist, und der freie Außenrand (274) gegenüber dem Falzrand über dem Abziehmaterial (252) angeordnet ist;
    (c) Ankleben eines selbstklebenden Schichtmaterials (254) über den Faltblättern (258) und den Trägerstreifen (270), wobei das Schichtmaterial (254) durch seine selbstklebende Oberfläche auf die Faltblätter (258) und die freiliegenden Teile der Trägerstreifen (270) aufgeklebt wird;
    (d) Schneiden durch das Schichtmaterial (254), die Faltblätter (238) und die Trägerstreifen (270) bis zum Abziehmaterial (252), um die selbstklebenden Etiketten (250) zu bilden, wobei in jedem Etikett (250) das Schichtmaterial (254) sich über den Falzrand hinaus erstreckt, um einen Endteil desselben zu bilden, der am Trägerstreifen (270) klebt, und der freie Außenrand (274) lösbar am Abziehmaterial (252) gehalten wird, um dadurch das Blatt (258) in einem gefalteten Zustand zu halten;
    und
    (e) Entfernen von Abfallteilen des Schichtmaterials (254), der Faltblätter (258) und der Trägerstreifen (270), welche die selbstklebenden Etiketten (250) umgeben, von dem Abziehmaterial (252) .
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem die Folge von selbstklebenden Trägerstreifen (270), die auf einem Stück des Abziehmaterials (252) getragen werden, durch Stanzen eines druckempfindlichen Vorrats aus einem selbstklebenden Material, das von einem Abziehmaterial (252) getragen wird, hergestellt wird und das zurückbleibende Abfallband entfernt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei welchem das Faltblatt (258) wenigstens ein weiteres Feld umfaĂźt, welches zwischen dem oberen und unteren Feld angeordnet ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, bei welchem das Schneiden (d) durchgeführt wird, wobei die gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Etiketts (250) zwischen dem Falzrand und dem freien Außenrand (274) aus zusammenfallenden Rändern des Schichtmaterials (254), des Faltblatts (258) und des Trägerstreifens (270) bestehen.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, bei welchem das Schneiden (d) durchgeführt wird, wobei der Endteil des Schichtmaterials (254) und der darunterliegende Teil des Trägerstreifens (270), an welchen das Schichtmaterial (254) angeklebt wird, die gleiche Ausdehnung besitzen.
  10. Selbstklebendes Etikett (70), das auf einem Abziehmaterial (84) getragen wird, das ein unteres Feld (74) mit einer selbstklebenden Rückfläche, die auf ein Abziehmaterial (84) geklebt ist, einen Faltteil (78,82), welcher einen Teil des unteren Feldes (74) überdeckt, wobei der Faltteil ein oberes Feld (38) umfaßt, sowie ein selbstklebendes Schichtmaterial (88) aufweist, das durch seine selbstklebende Fläche auf die Oberflächen des unteren Feldes (74) und des oberen Feldes (78) geklebt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faltteil (78,82) einen Randbereich des unteren Feldes (74) überdeckt und das Schichtmaterial (88) sich über den Faltteil (78,82) hinaus erstreckt, um dadurch einen Randteil (90) zu bilden, der auf das Abziehmaterial (84) geklebt ist.
  11. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach Anspruch 10, bei welchem das untere Feld (74) kürzer ist als das Schichtmaterial (88) und die obere Fläche des unteren Feldes (74) und das obere Feld (78) vom Schichtmaterial (88) vollständig überdeckt sind.
  12. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, bei welchem die selbstklebende Rückfläche des Etiketts (70) aus der Rückseite des unteren Feldes (74) und dem Endteil (90) des Schichtmaterials (88) besteht.
  13. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach einem der AnsprĂĽche 10 bis 12, bei welchem der Faltteil (78,82) mit dem unteren Feld (74) durch eine Falzlinie (80) verbunden ist.
  14. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Folge von selbstklebenden Etiketten (70), die auf einem StĂĽck Abziehmaterial (84) getragen werden, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaĂźt:
    (a) Vorbereiten einer Folge von Etiketteilen (72) mit einem unteren Feld (74) und einem Faltteil (78,82) einschlieĂźlich eines oberen Feldes (78), das einen Randbereich des unteren Feldes (74) ĂĽberdeckt, auf einem StĂĽck Abziehmaterial (84);
    (b) Aufkleben eines selbstklebenden Schichtmaterials (88) über die Folge von Etiketteilen (72), wodurch das Schichtmaterial (88) durch seine selbstklebende Oberfläche auf die oberen Flächen des unteren und oberen Feldes (74,78) und auf Teile des Abziehmaterials (84) zwischen den Etiketteilen (72) aufgeklebt wird;
    (c) Schneiden durch das Schichtmaterial (88) und die Etiketteile (72) bis zum Abziehmaterial (84), um eine Folge von selbstklebenden Etiketten (70) zu bilden, wodurch in jedem Etikett (70) das Schichtmaterial (88) sich ĂĽber den Faltteil (78,82) hinaus erstreckt, wodurch ein Endteil (90) gebildet wird, der am Abziehmaterial (84) klebt; und
    (d) Entfernen von Abfallteilen des Schichtmaterials (88) und der Etiketteile (72), welche die selbstklebenden Etiketten (70) umgeben, von dem Abziehmaterial (84).
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, bei welchem im Schritt (b) die oberen Flächen des unteren und oberen Feldes (74,78) vom Schichtmaterial (88) vollständig überdeckt werden.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, bei welchem die Rückfläche jedes selbstklebenden Etiketts (70) aus der Rückfläche des unteren Feldes (74) und dem Endteil (90) des Schichtmaterials (88) besteht.
  17. Verfahren nach einem der AnsprĂĽche 14 bis 16, bei welchem der Faltteil (78,82) mit dem unteren Feld (74) durch eine Falzlinie (80) verbunden ist.
