Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen elektrischen Steckverteilerblock mit in einem Gehäuse mit Steckerteilaufnahmen in übereinanderliegenden Ebenen angeordneten, untereinander verbundenen Steckerteilen zur Bedienung einer Vielzahl von abzweigenden niederpoligen Leitungen von einer höherpoligen Einspeisungsstelle.The invention relates to an electrical plug distributor block with plug parts which are arranged in a housing with plug part receptacles in superimposed levels and are connected to one another for the operation of a multiplicity of branching low-pole lines from a higher-pole feed point.
Neben den üblichen Steckverteilerblocks, bei denen in den verschiedenen Ebenen übereinander stets identische Stecker mit gleichen Polzahlen ausgebildet sind, verwendet man solche Steckverteilerblocks in jüngster Zeit auch vielfach dazu, eine Verteilung von einer mehrpoligen Einspeisungsstelle auf niederpoligere Abzweigebenen durchzuführen, indem beispielsweise von einem fünfpoligen Drehstromeingang eine Vielzahl von dreipoligen Abzweigleitungen bedient werden sollen. Bei allen bislang hierfür vorgeschlagenen elektrischen Verteilerblocks geht man von dem üblichen Aufbau aus, d.h. man bildet alle Ebenen gleichartig mit gleichvielen Kontaktteil-Aufnahmen entsprechend der hohen Polzahl aus und läßt dann entsprechend der verringerten Polzahl der abzweigenden Leitungen einige dieser Aufnahmen unbestückt. Dies erfordert entsprechende Gegenstecker für die abzweigenden Leitungen, die ebenfalls unnötigerweise hochpolig ausgeführt sein müssen, zumindest aber vom Gehäuse her entsprechend der hohen Polzahl mit Kontaktteil-Aufnahmen versehen sind, ohne daß diese tatsächlich gebraucht werden. Der Erfindung liegt dabei die Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß ein derartiger Steckverteiler - obgleich er gegenüber symmetrischen Steckverteilern mit gleichpoligen Ein- und Ausgängen ein völlig neues Gehäuse benötigt - im Endeffekt einfacher und billiger gefertigt werden kann und darüber hinaus auch gerade beim anwendenden Installateur erhebliche Handhabungsvorteile mit sich bringt. Statt daß er wie bisher erst am Einsatzort die entsprechende dreipolige Verdrahtung einzeln vorsieht, um von der fünfpoligen Drehstromeinspeisung abzweigen zu können, und ohne die Notwendigkeit, übermäßig dimensionierte, nur teilweise mit Kontaktteilen ausgerüstete Stecker, noch dazu in unterschiedlichen Varianten, für die Abzweigleitungen vorsehen zu müssen, kann er - der Einfachheit halber wird im folgenden nurmehr von fünfpoligen Eingängen und dreipoligen Ausgängen gesprochen - handelsübliche dreipolige Stecker einsetzen.The invention is based on the knowledge that such a plug-in distributor - although it requires a completely new housing compared to symmetrical plug-in distributors with same-pole inputs and outputs - can ultimately be manufactured more easily and cheaply and, moreover, also has considerable handling advantages for the installer in use brings. Hierbei bleibt die untere Ebene der 5-poligen Einspeisung vorbehalten, wobei dem 5-poligen Eingangsstecker auf der einen Seite ein 5-poliger Ausgangsstecker auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zugeordnet ist, der mit der Eingangsseite elektrisch verbunden ist. Der erfindungsgemäße Steckverteilerblock nach den Figuren 1 bis 3 besitzt in der unteren Ebene einen fünfpoligen Drehstromein-/ausgang 1a, 1b in Form eines Durchgangssteckers, so daß ein Gegenstecker 2a der ankommenden Einspeiseleitung und gegenüberliegend ein Gegenstecker (2b) der weitergeführten Einspeiseleitung angesteckt werden kann und somit auch der Drehstrom durch den erfindungsgemäßen Steckverbinder durchgeschleift werden kann. Über dem fünfpoligen Drehstromeingang sind dreipolige Abzweigstecker 3, 4 und 5 ausgebildet, die innerhalb des Verteilerblocks oder Verteilerkastens 6 durch Querverbindungen mit jeweils dreien der Anschlüsse der fünfpoligen Eingangsebene verbunden sind. Die Verbindung erfolgt dabei bevorzugt in der Weise, daß jede der Verteilersteckerebenen 3, 4 und 5 mit einer unterschiedlichen Phase verbunden ist, so daß bei Belegung aller Abzweigstecker eine möglichst gleichmäßige Phasenbelastung vorliegt. Die Art der Verbindung zwischen den dreipoligen Abzweigebenen und der fünfpoligen Eingangsebene ist dabei belanglos. Sie kann durch Verdrahtung oder auch durch eine feste metallische Verteilerplatte bzw. verschränkt geführte Metalleinlagen erfolgen. Für die Vorteilhaftigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung eines Steckverteilerblocks für die Verteilung von fünfpoligem Drehstromeingang auf dreipolige Abzweigleitungen ist es selbstverständlich auch nicht von Belang, ob die Abzweigstecker mit Kodierungen, wie dargestellt, versehen sind oder nicht. Bei 7 erkennt man Verriegelungshaken - in Fig. 1 ist der Übersichtlichkeit halber nur einer wirklich gezeigt -, die beim vollständigen Aufstecken der Einspeisgegenstecker 2a, 2b bzw. der Abzweiggegenstecker 8 in Ausnehmungen 9 einrasten und damit eine Abzugssicherung bilden.The plug distributor block according to the invention according to FIGS. 1 to 3 has in the lower level a five-pole three-phase input /
Bei der in den Figuren 4 und 5 gezeigten abgewandelten Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Steckverteilerblocks sind die untereinander parallelen 3-poligen Abzweigstecker 3', 4', 5' oberhalb des 5-poligen Eingangssteckerteils 1a nicht parallel zur Eingangssteckerebene sondern senkrecht dazu angeordnet. Dadurch ergibt sich eine bessere Ausnützung der Stirnfläche bei untereinander gleichbleibenden Abständen der Kontakte, so daß bei gleicher Breite nur etwa 3/4 der Höhe des Steckverteilerblocks nach den Figuren 1 bis 3 benötigt werden.
